Sucio y descuidado. En estado de semi-abandono.
El hotel está en condiciones pésimas, viejo y descuidado. El balcón de la habitación se nos llenó de escremento de rata y de cucarachas. Al parecer había nidos de sendos animales en las próximidades de la habitación. Además el olor a tuberías en el baño era insoportable. Lo dijimos en recepción y nos cambiaron a una suite/villa con piscina privada. Agradezcco el gesto pero hubiera preferido que me reembolsaran el dinero y me cambiaran a una habitación habitable del mismo nivel que la mía. La suite en cuestión era una maravilla pero igual de descuidada que el resto del hotel. El ruido de la vieja depuradora de agua de la piscina hacía imposible el descanso, difícil dormir, imposible leer o relajarse en la piscina provada. La suciedad en la zona de bufet de desayuno era muy desagradable, puertas llenas de grasa y marcas de dedos. Sin duda este, muy probablemente, fue un gran hotel en su día pero está en estado de completo abandono.

Had a great time! Wonderful staff, and beautiful grounds, close to Chewang but far enough away at the same time. Very peaceful. Would recommend.

不是很愉快的入住經驗，房間燈光嚴重不足。WiFi 及電視沒有訊號。洗手盆一開就是高溫熱水，維持約一分鐘才轉溫水，卻沒有冷水。 到了當地我都會把本國籍的幣值和一些證件放在小包並留在房間裏，退房準備回國後發現有現金不見。一到令人懷疑貴酒店的安全問題，因為想起我住的別墅與另一間別墅竟有一扇門可以相通，而且房卡也時不時會失靈。 其餘，值得稱讚是工作人員有禮會打招呼，吃早餐、泳池海灘及spa的環境非常優質。

Beautiful Thai style villas that were well maintained and lush landscaping. Calm and peaceful resort that was large enough to allow easy access to loungers in pool area and dining room yet felt intimate and inviting.

I had a hard time using the access card to open the door and so did my friend. We had to slot in the card multiple time and it just won't unlock. When closing the door to go out you will need to slam the door and hence, you have plenty to people slamming their doors throughout the day and night. Mixer for hot and cold water is ridiculous, after waiting for a long time to have warm water, it disappear half way during the shower. There is no lift if you are assigned to be on the high level. You need to climb the stairs, not recommended for those with weak knees. The only enjoyable part is the sea view during breakfast.

Positive: we had a beach Villa with private pool, was nice and spacious. Negatives : resort wifi was weak and unreliable. They gave us a pocket wifi that worked great for couple days until it did not. They changed our pocket twice…still very weak wifi…tech guy came to set us up with a ‘’private connection’’ but it was in & out, again not reliable…Breakfast was just ok, seems they had a difficult time keeping up the paste refreshing dishes, other mornings, options were mainly noodles, rice, pasta. Some staff members were obviously happy to assist us as for some others, it was obviously a burden. The gym is minuscule, they added so many equipment that there are no room to move around.

Lyxigt och bra, superbra service!
Jättefint hotell med riktigt bra service, de kunde fixa allt, taxi och allt annat vi bad om. Tyvärr lite trist läge och man måste därför ta 5-10 min taxi till närmsta staden Chaweng för att äta på restaurang och besöka barer. Annars toppen!

The Nora resort and spa is without a doubt our favorite hotel we stayed at during our entire thialand trip. The premises were breathtaking, the rooms are large and gorgeous, with some of the best views from the pool and room. We wish we would’ve stayed even longer just to stay on the resort and enjoy the perks of being here. Could not recommend this place any more than we already are, a must stay.

Nice hotel with good service
We arrived late in the evening. Got picked up at the airport, was great. At the check-in the process was a little to slow. Would have been nice if they had all ready for us so we didn't have to sit and wait for 20 minutes to get our room. Other than that it was a nice hotell, lovely staff, pool was amazing and big variety of the breakfast.

Really nice resort with an amazing view, pool. Breakfast had a great variety. Only thing was the villa was really dark. Need to have more lighting, even dark in the bathroom. Cleanliness was just okay. Location was a 20 minute walk into town up and down hills otherwise taxi, tutt tutt should not be more than 100 bhat. Very friendly helpful staff

Flott beliggenhet nær egen strand.
En drøm av et opphold. Hotellet oppfylte alle våre forventninger, luksus rommene i hovedbygget er romslige og komfortable. Servicen og renholdet av ypperste klasse. Likeså restauranten, frokosten og de øvrige måltidene. Jeg vil spesielt fremheve beliggenheten med svømmebassenget så nære den private stranden. For egen del kombinerte jeg bading i sjøen og bassenget flere ganger om dagen. Etter å ha besøkt den store og travle Chaweng stranden, var vi ikke i tvil om at bassenget og stranden ved Nora Beach er å foretrekke, med dens ro og gratis solsenger og badehåndklær. Men dette er jo fritt opp til den enkelte. Nevner gratis skyss til Chaweng hver ettermiddag kl 16. Men lurt å bestille denne. Ellers så vi ingen problemer med å kommunisere med personalet på engelsk. Alt i alt et godt hotell som vi gjerne kommer tilbake til!

We loved Nora Beach Resort and Spa and will definitely stay again. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The resort was kept immaculately clean. We liked the dining options available and the prices were very reasonable for a resort. Location suited us as it is away from the main area of Chaweng but still close enough if you need to be in the action. The whole resort was really quiet and we found it very relaxing. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us!

We loved our stay here! Staff are all super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast every morning was a great way to start the day. Private Pool Villa with beach view was absolutely deluxe. Bathroom was showing it's age, but other than that, the villa was clean and beautiful! We'd definately recommend to others.

Nora Beach Resort is set in a stunning cove north of Chaweng Beach. The property is so lush and the beach view villa I stayed in was incredible. The staff are exceptionally hospitable and accommodating. They are so friendly and do their best to ensure you have a great stay.

This is a fabulous resort. The location is magic, the staff very professional, courteous, friendly, helpful & very welcoming. Pla was a stand out performer & so was her supervisor. Very clean, spacious, well appointed with everything necessary for a stay, your own swimming pool right on the beach. The restaurant is excellent as is the breakfast. Only a short taxi ride to the centre of town and a half hour ferry ride to Kho Phangnan. All in all this is one of my favourite resorts.

시설이 넉후됐고 샤워시에 수입ㆍ이 너무 낮아서 씻을수없을 정도이며 물의 온도가 깁자기 차가워지고..프런트에 얘기했으나 고쳐지는것도 없고 룸의 체인지를 요구했으나 안된다고 그냥 사용하라고 함...추천하지 않음

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön. Leider sind die Zimmer älter und es gibt keine Aufzüge.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Due to the low rise building with only 3 floors (including ground floor), so it's pity that our resort may not suit with some guests that required for elevator. We do look forward to a chance to welcome you back to Koh Samui.
