The family room we booked for 3 persons was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The front desk service staff - Irfan and Eva were very friendly and helpful. Irfan gave us some information and tips on where to eat and how to walk. He was very patient and smiley all the time. We were happy with the room and the service.

We made two separate visits within the same week. Welcome was very different. First time no welcome porters and we carried own luggage in and up to our room. Receptionists were more formal and treated it more like a business. Second we had a great experience- were greeted by porters who carried bags in and took up to our rooms. Reception gave a very warm greeting and very chatty. Breakfast was great with wide selection of food. Pool was nice and clean with few people using it. We couldn’t find anyone to get towels from though. Hotel was clean throughout. Rooms were nice and big. Our request for maintenance was met within a few minutes and simple problem solved. Great location for the mall which you could access straight from the hotel.

Underwhelming.
Arrived on the eve of christmas. It was evident the hotel is shortstaffed. we had to carry our luggages from the car to the lobby. the management has failed to plan for this. The value for money is not great either. The room is decent but not great. The breakfast (for the price) is too expensive for the spread. bear in mind, there are other great hotels in the city for cheaper price. you are paying for the location and thats it.

［立地］スリアサバに隣接していて、買い物や食事にはとても便利です。スーパーマーケット（3F)やダイソー(B1)があります。レストランは基本(B1)にあります。寿司屋もあります。コンビニ(オレンジ)もあります。隣にはジャッセルトンモールもあります。DFでコスメが買えます。ジャッセルトンポイントに歩いて３分、アイランドホッピングに行くのも徒歩で行けます。お部屋は広く、シャワーの出も良好。バスタブは大きいです。部屋の空調は私には寒かった。20度設定になっていました。朝食ですが、ナシレマやお粥、麺類が食べられます。あとはパンやサラダ、フルーツ、インド風のカレー。客層は中国人、マレーシア人、韓国人、欧米人。日本人はかなり少ないです。スタッフはとても親切です。片言の英語で会話が可能。ホテルから見る夕日は最高でした。ガヤストリートや、バクテーの有名店にも歩いて行けます。是非泊まってみて！おすすめのホテルです。

Very huge and comfy room with good sound proof walls and window. Very convenient to amenities and Suria mall connected to it at L1. Breakfast selections can be better improved with healthier choice selections.

Wonderful stay at Grandis
Wonderful location, right next to the mall and connected to the hotel. Was given a partial seaview and room is big and spacious. Aircon is not that strong though.

Wiated 2 hours for check in as room was not ready ar 3.30pm. Housekeeping was terrible. Did not wash the cups/spoon/no did not replenish toiletries/did not change bath towels. Front office werent professional in handling guests.

友人3人旅でしたのでファミリールームを予約しました 部屋もバスルームも広く清潔で快適でした 口コミであった「壁が薄くて煩かった」もコロナウィルスの影響で空いていたのかまるで声は聞こえなかったです 街歩きにもフェリー乗り場にも徒歩で行けて 船を待つ間に友人は部屋の忘れ物を取ってこれる近さでした 屋上のバーからのサンセットも美しかったです 何よりスタッフの笑顔とサービスが良かったです ランドリールームとオーシャンビューのベランダが有れば完璧ですね

Gab타고 공항 가면 8분안에 갈 수 있고 근처에 제셀턴 포인트도 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 좋습니다. 호텔 서비스도 만족하고 방도 커서 좋네요.

위치 정말 대박입니다^^ 제셀톤이랑 가깝고, 큰 몰이랑 호텔이 이어져있어서 정말 편히 왔다갔다 했던 것 같아요. 유명한 맛집들도 어지간하면 걸어다닐 수도 있고, 택시타고 갔다가 배불러서 소화시키면서 걸어오고 그랬네요. 정말 위치는 대박입니다^^ 바다가 보이는 큰 방을 예약했는데, 방이 정말 컸어요. 제가 다녔던 모든 호텔들 중에 방이 젤 컸어요. 물론 저희가 그만큼 비싼방을 예약하긴 했지만요. 코타키나발루를 다시 간다면 다시 이 호텔에 묵을거예요. 아....그런데 중국인이 정말많아요.... 지금 코로나바이러스때문에 안그래도 예민한데, 중국인들은 마스크 끼고다니지도 않고.....3박내내 조식을 신청했는데, 조식 레스토랑에서 신나게 침튀며 말하는 중국인들때문에 첫날만 조식식사를하고 나머지 이틀은 나가서 먹었네요. 제가 만약 코로나바이러스가 걸린다면 이 호텔때문일것 같아요ㅠㅠ..... 다 좋은데 중국인때문에 가기싫은 호텔이예요.... 근데 코타 자체에 중국인이 너무 많아서 지금 시국에 코타 여행은 비추입니다!!!! TOO MANY CHINESE!!!!!!

A grand stay at the Grandis
We stayed in the Deluxe Room, Sea View on the 8th floor. 2 Adults and a 14 year old. The room and bathroom were very spacious and had modern décor. The view of the sea and islands is beautiful. Also staff are very friendly and courteous. Extensive choices at breakfast buffet however highly recommend that the hotel serve water at the buffet (only had hot water) as, each day my son had to ask for a glass of water (he doesn't drink juice or milk). We have travelled extensively and all other hotels have either had a water dispenser or water jugs. The hotel is part of a shopping mall with easy access via Level 1. The hotel is about a 10 to 15 minute casual walk to the night food market and other shops. Restaurants are also close by. Swimming pool and bar on roof top. Piano man plays in the lounge on Friday and Saturday evenings. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was pretty spacious and clean. The paint around the window was pealing a little bit. The WiFi went out one evening and wasn’t fully working until the next afternoon. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was great within walking distance of many points of interest and connected to a very nice shopping mall. Pool was small but nice and had a good view from the roof. Could have had a few more lounge chairs as there was only 4. Overall a good hotel for the price.

The staff have been very friendly upon check in and helpful in finding tour for first time traveler to sabah like me, besides some hiccups like thai disco music blaring in my ears during one late night dinner, the other aspect of the hotel has been lovely. Positioned at one end of the town yet easy enough to travel around. Clean rooms and adequate amenities. Special mention to concierge - Gulam, Duty Manager - Perry, and Front Desk staff (Tara and a great other ladies) for making my stay a pleasant one. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip to sabah.
