If you are very sensitive to sound and smell, Kerry Hotel may not be the best option for you. The staffs are very helpful and efficient. It is very convenient to the Whampoa MTR station and there is a foodcourt with a lot of food options, which is fabulous. However, the room is a bit disappointing. The carpets have stains on it and the air conditioner has an old air conditioner scent that is not pleasant to smell. Also, the room is not close to soundproof. The noises made from next door through the connecting door, from the corridor and from the pipes can be heard quite clearly in the room that we are staying in. We had terrible sleep that night. Ultimately it was a bit underwhelmed.

原本選的房間竟然只剩下無障礙房, 被告知以為只是沒有浴缸, 原來浴室設計真的和醫院般給有身體障礙人士的,。家中有人需要這類房間會很不錯, 但個人休息度假的就很難接受這類房間。 最後都得到重新安排適當房間過了舒適一晚。 前台員工大都仍有戴口罩, 對酒店衛生形象十分重要！

Perfect end to a great trip
On our return to HK from Hanoi, before our long trek back to Vancouver, Canada, we stayed a few nights at the Kerry. What a wonderful, relaxing experience. Excellent service staff, rooms were beyond clean and comfortable. Perfect location for shopping, exploring and eating. Made use of the sauna and jacuzzi tub - no one was ever in there! Too bad it was too chilly for a swim. Would highly recommend spending time here.

Top notch service
We had such a pleasant stay at Kerry Hotel. From check in to check out, there is nothing to fault. Staff were friendly, cleanliness was top notch and the views from our room were amazing. I had an item which was lost and the team were so quick and efficient to assist me with retrieving it. Thanks again and I would definitely return!

Highly recommended
.My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. It is close t the subway, so easy to get around. The experience was amazing- from the spa to the pool to the restaurants and sky view bar. The breakfast buffet is the best we had and we stayed at other high-end hotels in Asia. The staff was so kind and welcoming, accommodating our every need. I would highly recommend the Kerry Hotel in Hong Kong.

센트럴이나 침사추이가 아니여서 여행하기 불편할 줄 알았는데요. 바로 코앞에 노스 포인트가는 페리가 있고, 근처에 그린라인 whampoa 역 있고.. 역 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰도 있어서 좋았어요. 걸어서 침사추이 갈 수 있는 조깅코스도 있다던데, 전 호캉스 하느라 달려 보지는 못했네요. 호텔이 너무 깔끔하고 호텔방에서 보는 뷰가 너무 예뻐서 하루 종일 창밖만 바라보고 있기도 했습니다. 오후 5시 이후면 로비에서 파는 케익과 빵이 50% 할인 하는데 한번 먹어보니 너무 맛있었어요.
