The staff not friendly, no eye contact. Room too hot. Bed topper covered in plastic so not comfortable. Help your self to the mini bar but was empty. Far out from centre but tram was close to hotel. Came back to hotel at 10pm & bar shut. Hotel dark as not all the lights were on. At least 20 mins on a tram from centre. Didn't check out Spa as left after 1 night & booked another hotel for next 3 nights. When booking out was not asked why we were leaving early.

The hotel is very dated, breakfast was shocking, very limited, toaster broken and one morning the electrics failed and breakfast room was in darkness, staff very unhelpful

Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Bett etwas durchgelegen. Leider keinerlei Ablagefläche im Badezimmer, das war etwas mühsam.

Personale er ikke særlig imødekommende og hilser og smiler ikke om morgenen. Der er ikke en god betjening ved morgenmaden. Eks . Våde tallerkener, ingen servietter, mangel på mad.

Tres belle chambre et belle salle de bain, le tout au calme, par contre pas de wifi en chambre pour les tel. portables, pour les computers pas de problemes de wifi en chambre, teles (ecran plat) que des chaines polonaises (et sous-titres polonais), personnel souriant et professionnel, resto plutot bon...hotel a cote d'une galerie commerciale (100-200 metres) : TESCO, je recommande cet hotel pour son rapport qualite-prix...sinon : attention aux cyclistes sur les trottoirs : des pistes cyclables sont amenagees sur certains trottoirs mais pas partout !les cyclistes eux roulent partout sur les trottoirs...donc, soyez vigilents !par ailleurs, Cracovie est une ville magnifique qui merite la ballade...bonnes vacances a tous et a toutes !: )

Hotel un pò d'annata ma tutto sommato ben organizzato per i servizi. Camere ordinate e bagni ampi e puliti ma colazione soprattutto dei dolci scadente. Non vicino dal centro ma raggiungibile col tram con fermata a due passi. Zona trafficata da auto e un po' rumorosa.

Dated and drab. Breakfast was excellent. Didn’t get to try the facilities ie swimming pool or spa because we were moved to another hotel for our last night. Apparently they have done this before. Disrupted our break, new hotel knew nothing of our transfer and made us wait over an hour whilst they sorted it out. It was further out of the city, in fact double the taxi fare. However, was nearer the airport. I wouldn’t stay at the symposium again, and would look for somewhere nearer the city centre.

za dużo gwiazdek
Hotel idealnie położony - tu duży plus, pokój w miarę OK - jedynie na co zwróciłbym uwagę to niezbyt fajny zapach wydostający się z łazienki po wejściu do pokoju (po otwarciu okien OK). Śniadania średnie (brak kawy z ekspresu). Z basenu i strefy SPA nie korzystałem - także się nie wypowiadam. Sam hotel wg mnie nie zasługuje na taką liczbę gwiazdek.

Gammal och rätt slitet hotell men förvisso rent. Det vi störde oss mest på var att det kändes osäkert vad gäller brandrisk. Det står madrasser i trapphusen som är brandutrymningsvägar och det är osäkert om brandvarnaren är ok då den ser ut att vara från 60-talet.

Ett sk spa med en bastu som höll knappt 50grader, trasig belysning och svinkall pool. Inga handdukar ell badrockar. Duschen knappt varmvatten, kändes som man stängde ner. Frukosten allt annat än ätbar, torr och tråkig. Rummen direkt från krigstiden, sängen katastrof med endast filtar. Beläget nära en jättekorsning där spårvagnen 'kör rakt igenom'när det dundrar förbi

Very poor level of facilities
I chose this hotel as it looked comfortable, with good facilities (spa, pool, etc) to help me relax during my stay in Kraków, which was for business purposes. It is located inconveniently, very far from the old town centre in an area with no restaurants, but I was aware of this when I booked. I would urge any potential guest to consider the following before choosing this hotel: - The swimming pool is tiny, you can barely do more than sit in it - Pool and spa are unavailable in the morning, and the service was surly - The restaurant has a v limited menu and closes at 9pm - The bar closes at 10pm - Wifi only works on the ground floor, not in the rooms - No tea/coffee making facilities in the room - Antiquated cathode ray tube TV with few channels, none in English (I got by with Spanish) Sadly this was a very disappointing experience, the first time this has happened with Expedia.

Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Rummet vi hade på första våningen var perfekt städat och rent. Dock en aning omodernt, men helt och rent har högre prio i mina ögon. Det hade varit trevligt med modernare TV än den gamla tjockTVn som fanns samt med ett bättre kanalutbud. Utöver polska kanaler så fanns BBC news och eurosport, men inget mer. Vi är visserligen inte på semester för att se TV, men något att slappa till innan sömn hade varit önskvärt. Frukosten var helt okej. Vi saknade eluttag intill sängarna, men det fanns iaf ett par i övriga rummet. I stort är vi nöjda med hotellet. Jag vet inte riktigt vad människor förväntar sig för det priset, men för den låga kostnad vi betalade gentemot vad vi fick så är de i mina ögon absolut värda fyra stärnor här, även om hotellet i sig kändes mer som 3-stjärningt än 4-stjärnigt. Vi kan tänka oss återkomma hit. Det var helt okej som övernattningsställe.

Låg en bra bit ifrån stan, inte rekommenderas att gå till å från då du får gå genom skog, terräng å industri område(enligt Google Maps anvisningar) Mkt dålig frukost. Gammalt pålägg å mkt liten. Skulle aldrig betala för den.

The rooms need some improvement
It has four stars, but we did not expect it to be different than a three-star hotel considering the price. The look and feel of the hotel was good (although a little old) and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had some serious flaws, though. The air-conditioning did not work. Even though it was March the room was constantly too hot so we had to have the window open during the night. One reason for us to book this hotel was the sound-proofed rooms, but that does not help with an open window and a large road outside. There were no tea-making facilities, which I think a hotel of this class should have. The executive do rooms have this. The breakfast could be improved by adding more varieties of fresh fruits. When we were there they had only apples and one day also clementines. The menu in the rooms was outdated so the dishes mentioned there did not always exist anymore. Also the prices and details about the massages in the spa were out of date. We booked a foot massage but it turned out to be both much shorter and much more expensive than it said in the papers in the room. The hotel is a bit outside of the city center. It is easy to get to town using trams. We used buses and trams to get to/from the airport (it took 60-80 mins) (I think the hotel offers a shuttle service also, but we did not use that). The area around the hotel felt safe and the large Tesco 5 min away was convenient.

6 dagers opphold for 2 personer
Jeg og min datter på 16 år var her i 6 dager. Jeg skulle til tannlege. Vi var også på shopping og utflukter. Lettvint både med taxi og trikk inn til byen. Men var litt skuffet over nærområdet, var boliger og industri. Men fint med Tesco i nærheten. Litt dårlig utvalg fra menyen på hotellrestauranten, syns vi. Og ikke helt rent på rommet. Vi fant lange mørke hår bla på badet, hver dag. Men bra ellers! Deilig med SPA på hotellet! Vi savnet trimrom, vi trodde vi så det på nettet før vi kom, på hotellets hjemmesider, at dere hadde trimrom, men mulig vi husker feil!? Men veldig hyggelig personale i resepsjonen på hotellet, som kunne engelsk, for vi syns det er dårlig med engelskkunnskaper ellers blant folk i Polen. Alt i alt en fin tur, og flott at vi kunne bestille utflukter fra hotellet, og at vi ble hentet på hotellet! Deilig service! Det er et billig og bra hotell som jeg kommer til å anbefale folk! Og Krakow er en flott by!

Het hotel ligt meer achteraf dan je op grond van de omschrijving zou denken. De kamers zijn goed, evenals het ontbijt, maar het personeel lijkt nog uit de oude communistische tijd afkomstig. Het zwembadje werd met tegenzin geopend toen we ruim na de openingstijd kwamen, een verzoek om een extra deken werd pas na diverse malen aandringen, ook met tegenzin, gebracht, en in het algemeen werd er vrij nuffig gereageerd. Zou het komen omdat wij Pools spraken?
