La televisión no es HD y no hay satelite. Entonces todo está en Malayo y solo una o dos.oociines en inglés para un 5 estrellas debería revisarse. Además el.intener falló 2 días completos

Demasiado hotel para 1 sola persona
Las habitaciones son enormes. demasiada habitacion para 1 o 2 personas, pero muy bien para familias. Es un hotel caro, por lo que supongo que gastandose un poco menos puedes tener una habitacion en otro hotel que este muy bien y no sea tan exageradamente grande, aunque a igualdad de precio me quedo con este que tiene 2 piscinas y gimnasio.

Excelente hotel
Habitaciones amplísimas. Muy buen desayuno y zona bien comunicada para todo. Te sientes en casa y no te apetece marcharte. Servicio muy cordial. Plenamente recomendable. Tuvieron la deferencia de darnos la habitacion antes de la hora teniendo en cuenta nuestro largo vuelo desde Europa. Vista espectacular desde los pisos altos y piscinas muy agradables

Moderno y bien situado, lástima del ruido
Sitio cómodo y moderno, con un personal muy atento. Lástima del ruido nocturno. estaba en la planta 23 y el sonido de maquinaria (entiendo que del Aire Acondicionado) era insoportable por la noche. Parecía que teníamos el motor dentro.

es nuestra segunda ves en este hotel,la habitacio es muy amplia con una cama ,almohadas y ropa de cama de muy buen calidad y muy limpio el baño muy completo y con unas toallas muy limpias, el desayuno muy correcto, el personal muy servicial teniamos el vuelo por la noche asi que al volver por la tarde por el equipaje nos dejaros utilizar las duchas del gimnacio......

I stayed for 6 nights at Park Royal, the suite was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and in a very good location for anyone wanting to stay in the Bukit Bintang area. It was also quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and professional, I would definitely stay again if I ever get another chance to travel to KL.

口コミをみてこちらのホテルを選びました。 大人2人子供3人、5泊させていただきました。 夫が誕生月ということで特典メールが届いていたので、チェックイン時に今回の旅で使えるか聞いたら使えないと。残念でした。 一番困ったのは、滞在中一度も温かいお湯がでなかったことです。 私たちが泊まった窓からの景色はあまりよくなくて、さらに残念に感じました。 マレーシアは環境税もかかるみたいで、ホテルで支払うよういわれました。 勉強不足で知らなかったので、初め戸惑いました。 お部屋の掃除は、毎日してくれます。お皿も洗ってくれて丁寧です。 スタッフさんは、人によりますが優しい方もたくさんいます。 来年は別のホテルになるかな？と思います。

It takes 20 minutes for water to be hot. We apologise not to inform upon check in. And the Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTx) is a tax of RM10 per room per night charged on any tourist staying at any accommodation premises within Malaysia, collected by the operator under the Tourism Tax Act 2017 (TTx Act). Recommendable, and i will return here for sure. I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, well equipped with amenities. I liked the aromatic shampoo and shower gel. There were no USB outlets, thus you need to have your own plugs to charge your devices. Convenient location. 5-7minutes walk to Jalan Alor, 7-10minutes walk to Pavilion mall. You can find a SevenEleven at the ground floor.

On a vraiment était ravi de notre séjour au Park royal ! Une suite au 24eme étage magnifique, très spacieux, calme, lit super confortable… Réceptioniste super chou… Piscine au 31 eme étage agréable avec 2 jacuzzi mais dommage le système de bulles fonctionner pas aux 2 ! Je recommande fortement Prendre absolument les taxi avec Grab !!

close to Raja Chulan monorail station. Even closer to grocery store, many wonderful restaurants and the Skywalk to KLCC. The pools were the perfect temperature and always clean. Breakfast had a multicultural assortment of perfectly prepared foods. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and spacious. Very comfortable stay. This will be my goto hotel whenever I am in KL! 10 out of 5 stars!!

Hotel situated well for sightseeing, easy walk into centre and twin towers etc. Breakfast was good with enough choice. Room needs some TLC. Overall very happy with our stay and would stay again when visiting the area.
