This hotel is pretty centralized to many restaurants, shopping outlets and temples. The staff at the hotel literally went above and beyond. They were very patient and accommodating to all my hotel needs and answered all my questions. I recommend to add the breakfast option if you're given one. Breakfast buffet did not disappoint.. huge selection to choose from. They offered American or Japanese options for breakfast. Lots of coffee, cereals, juice, breads.. it was all there. The hotel is very clean, spacious entryway, there's a beautiful Japanese garden theme as you come down the escalator. The hotel is dated, I say 90's to early 2000's but the staff makes up for it. Gym is perfect for 2-3 people, kept very clean. You have to get the key at the front desk. Public restrooms were ultra clean too. Room was perfect for 1-2 persons but it was a little bit dated. Beds and pillows were a little firm. Free water bottles and coffee in the room, as well as robes and slippers, in-room safe and air purifier included. Plenty of drawers for your clothing. 4k 40 inch TV but only about 6 channels. 5 in Japanese 1 in English. Hotel caters to everyone, there was alot of diversity amongst all the guest, everyone friendly. The welcoming crew up-front were all amazing. The premium lounge is small but very serene. Fast elevators. Hotel’s overall experience was great. 10/10
I recommend J-Cycle.. it's a 12 minute walk from the hotel. Rent an e-bike for the day or few days. Best way to see the city.
