The house is exactly as described 2 beds and 1 bath up with kitchen living and laundry down. Only the shower has hot water which is unusual but was fine. It was easy to get to and we felt extremely safe (especially because the property is almost hidden in plain sight as it’s enclosed by palm trees). “The little cabin is off the beaten path but not too far from every where you would like to be. Its minutes from fortuna and 20-30 from Arenal. The host was very help, pleasant, and easy to get a hold of if needed. One thing to note is that the entrance to this place is a bit hard to find at night. I recommend finding it during the day. Also the road is not paved but graveled with a few large rocks so be careful if you have a low car. Other then that its a great place to stay.”

“The photos do not do the house justice. On arrival the house was clean and had all of the necessary kitchen and bathroom essentials. Each room had an individual bathroom with shower that had good pressure. The view of the arenal volcano was breath taking and the pool was a perfect way to stay cool down in the heat. “A great property at Fortuna. Close to the shops and the centre of the town which are just a straight road up. The property was very clean, had a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker and fast wifi. Great for families. ”

“Julian was a great host, he was always available and graves the best tips on what to visit and where to get the best deals for local attractions, his home is beautiful a piece of art in fantastic piece of land.
