Amor arenal es una Maravilla !!! La propiedad es Hermosa y cuidan cada detalle para que te sientas tan a gusto que no dan ganas de marcharse. El personal todos sin excepción son muy profesionales, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y hacerte la estancia mucho más amable… cuidan de ti en todo momento… tengo que destacar que el Señor Carlos y Saily de la recepción son unas excelentes personas… siempre nos ayudaron y se preocuparon porque nuestra estancia fuera maravillosa. Mi esposo y yo estamos muy contentos y agradecidos por el trato tan caluroso y Familiar que recibimos en Amor Arenal. Definitivamente lo recomiendo al 0… por cierto la comida la limpieza la amabilidad de todo el staff de Amor arenal y las casitas que son de ensueño hacen que queramos regresar. Gracias !!!

La experiencia fue genial, el lugar es espectacular y el personal se muestra atento y servicial en todo momento. Sin embargo, desde el espíritu de mejora continua, les recomendaría revisar el protocolo de check-in pues lo sentimos un poco confuso. Varias personas dándonos indicaciones al mismo tiempo que a veces incluso se contradecían. En la mesa de la estancia donde esperamos mientras hacíamos registro no habían suficientes copas de agua para las cuatro personas que estábamos ahí. Cuando nos llamaron para avisar que ya la habitación estaba lista, tardaron diez minutos en aparecer con un carrito, tiempo que se siente una eternidad cuando ya se llevan casi tres horas esperando. Yo había avisado con antelación y por escrito que íbamos a requerir cuatro copas tipo flauta y solo había dos en la habitación. El desayuno inglés se suponía que traía huevos pochados pero los que nos trajeron estaban prácticamente duros. De nuevo, la experiencia en términos generales fue muy positiva, pero para un hotel de ese calibre (y ese precio), hay detalles que definitivamente podrían cuidar mejor para que el cliente salga encantado y anuente a recomendarlo a muchas personas más.

Descanso dentro de la jungla
Habitaciones espectaculares, jacuzzi privado, ducha amplia con vistas a la selva y volcán Arenal. Atención impecable. Restaurante flojo por la categoría del hotel (caro para la calidad que ofrecen) Quiero mencionar a Melvin, por su proximidad y amabilidad hacia nosotros. Nos explicó un montón de cosas de Costa Rica y atendió todas nuestras demandas. Es un crack y le deseo mucha, mucha suerte. Tb me acuerdo de Oscar, vimos una rana diminuta y una lechuza por la noche gracias a él.

Me and my partner travelled from London England. Beautiful accommodation with stunning grounds. Bed was very comfortable and staff were very attentive to detail. They gave us extra pilllows, an abundance of towels and even gave us a fully stocked mini bar that was free for our use. Loved my time there and will definitely be recommending to others.

It’s an extraordinary place. Beautifully designed property, extremely comfortable, with fantastic staff, some of the best hotel staff we’ve met in the world. The food is inventive and great as is the drink selection. I really can’t say enough good things about the place it’s truly exceptional.

Property is unmatched! The customer service, the rooms, the grounds, everything was perfect. It is close to downtown area but still get that secluded feel. It’s definitely a hotel to enjoy your company as there is not much to do unless you leave the hotel but definitely a good spot for one or two nights.

This was honestly one of the best vacations we have ever been on. The hotel was definitely 5 stars. The room was something out of a magazine and the grounds are beautiful and lush. The fact that the hotel only has 30 or so casitas, makes it feel like you have the whole resort to yourself sometimes. The free breakfast was always the highlight of our day as we tried all the wonderfully delicious options with the costarican breakfast being our favorite. The staff was also very helpful at all times. Anything we needed, all we had to do was ask and they would see it done. Ronald our service was terrific, Carlos and Jogebeth were fantastic concierge. Steven, Mauricio, Kelvin and Cindy were also some who contributed to our beautiful vacation. The casitas all have an amazing jacuzzi that we used every day, even in the rain. And speaking of rain, it did rain every day of our vacation but it never stopped us from venturing to town for dinner or to the waterfalls and hanging bridges. The rain was just as beautiful. Thank you all for making this the best time ever. We hope to be back very soon.

This place is AMAZING! Everything from food, the room, the staff and surrounding facilities are fantastic. Each casita is secluded enough that you really dont know anyone else is around. The views from the casita are unbelievable. The staff here is amazing. They will do everything in their power to make sure you have the best stay.

Wow!Wow!Wow! What a spectacular experience at Amor Arenal!!!!!!!! From the moment I arrived at the reception desk to my departure I enjoyed every single aspect of the resort. The staff are exceptional!!!!!!! Everyone is so pleasant, helpful, and accommodating!!! Jogebeth pleasantly greeted me at the reception desk and explanation everything I needed to know. She is very warm, patient, and has superb customer service. She also had great suggestions for things to do on and off the resort. I’ve been to nearly 60 countries and my room at Amor Arenal was definitely top 3 rooms I’ve ever stayed in. It was magical and equipped with everything even a humidifier and kettlebells!!!!!!! I really felt so comfortable and at home!!!!! Jogebeth was also so kind and decorated my room for my birthday!!!!!! I greatly appreciate her making it a special surprise!!!!!! Thank you very much!!!! The service at the restaurants was top tier! The staff at the spa were all so lovely and the massage was super relaxing & enjoyable!!!! I also really liked the free yoga session!!!! Great way to begin my morning!!! The pools and gym were very nice as well!!!!!!!! If you’re looking for a place to stay in La Fortuna look no further! This is undoubtedly the BEST choice!!!!!!!! You will certainly have the most amazing time guaranteed!!!!!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO THE ENTIRE AMOR ARENAL STAFF !!!!!!!!!! Pura Vida!!!!!!!!

AMAZING!
If I could give this place an 11 out of 10, I totally would! They truly live up to their name "amor arenal" as everything here is crafted with love. From the moment you step through the doors, you're greeted with the biggest smiles and open arms. Our casita was absolutely gorgeous, and they pay attention to the little details which I appreciate more than anything else. The staff is incredibly friendly and nice, making you feel right at home. The food at their restaurants is seriously impressive, even their Indian dishes are surprisingly delicious. If you're looking for a true Costa Rican food experience, I highly recommend it. Carmen and Cindy were our servers that night and they were absolutely awesome, but honestly, every staff member here is equally amazing. I can't stress enough how much I recommend this hotel. I genuinely wish the owner the best of luck so I can come back soon!

Amor Arenal far surpasses any place I’ve ever stayed on vacation. It was overall a MAGICAL experience if I could give it one word. Every single detail of the resort is made to maximize your experience. The casita was stunningly beautiful, private and I felt like royalty being there. The staff all are genuinely kind and go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you want or need. The breakfast was huge and fabulous. The dinner menu at the main restaurant was the only thing I was disappointed with. The cheapest dinners are $25-35 which I don’t mind paying but the dinners we got were bland and very average in my opinion. I understand that most resorts try to cater to the general populations taste. The best meals we had in CR were the ones in local restaurants on the side of the roads when traveling town to town. All and all Amor Arenal I very highly recommend.
