No me gustó en una habitación para dos personas solo ponen una toallita, y en lo general muy mala experiencia, las habitaciones son furgones

Hola disculpas por el inconveniente de la toalla ahorita pasaremos la queja para ver que paso con eso. Si usted se quedo en suite 3 de Las Almejas son containers que se han habilitado con las comodidades de una habitación. Ese es el concepto de esas habitaciones. También hay Villas que no son de containers. Lamentamos su mala experiencia y estamos a la orden

Beautiful place, i enjoyed my stay with my brothers. The beach here is absolutely amazing and one of the most beautiful sunsets. They also have surfing lessons, definitely worth it. My only complaint was the food service that took a while. Other than that our stay here was amazing i will be going back next year.

La escalera de la litera está rota, la nevera está vieja, desnivelada y la puerta se queda abierta. El grifo de la cocina oxidado. Habían cucarachas. En el restaurante los platos nos lo servían rotos, las tapones de los botes de salsa picante también rotos. Esperamos una hora para que nos prepararan el desayuno. Lo único destacable, la limpieza, el personal amable, hacen lo que pueden con tan poco personal en la cocina y la localización; está muy cerca de la playa!

Todo esta viejo
La habitación recibe luz solar directa, no puedes quedarte allí ni siquiera con aire acondicionado. El acceso a la terraza está limitado a los socios, lo que resulta escandaloso teniendo en cuenta el estado de deterioro de todo el hotel. Todo es viejo y necesita ser rehecho. La vista desde la habitación es hermosa pero ese es el único punto positivo.

I did not like the fact that they didn’t have the villa that I had reserved and paid for ready for me until the next day. They made stay in a very small room for one night, room that was a lot less expensive than the one I reserved. No refund was offered for the inconvenience.

They need to have good beds and pillows, the mattress are very hard, they feel like you sleep on the floor, they have limited daily needs, I don’t feel my ned Clean and good , no one day sleeping there was good

Easy going atmosphere, we got late and they were so kind to prepare dinner, the staff is keen to help you, as long you communicate straight forward, not many people spoke English, be ready to use your Spanish. I will highly recommend the place to sleep and rest over the week days, it is pretty chill and clean area.

Overall a pleasant experience. Loved the private pool in the villa we stayed in and the food plus customer service was excellent

The service staff was limited , I think management need to improve more with their employees to be more organized . I stayed for two days I probably won't came back very bad service. But I think is the management the not treating their employees happy $$$$

There is no actual reception or place to get information. None of the staff speak any English so some Spanish is definitely needed. Our room was double booked so we had to stay in a different, smaller room without the amenities of the room we actually booked. Then, we moved to our booked room the next day. Elvin was very sympathetic about the situation, but it was still frustrating. There is absolutely no hot water, not in the sinks or showers. Not even a faucet for hot water. The toilets don’t have much pressure. Just keep flushing…. There is only 1 L-shaped pool, not two pools as advertised. There are no beach towels provided. Just shower towels that we were instructed to take to the beach also. The beach chairs and shade are far away from the water, not close or as abundant as in the photos. The restaurant was okay. The “cooked to order” breakfast is an option of pancakes, huevos rancheros plate, or scrambled egg plate. Every day. Zero alternatives. Same thing. There are multiple options for the lunch/dinner menu. All decent. No option to order food in. Overall, it was fine. Absolutely nothing special. A bit disappointing. They do a good job with the photos to make it look much nicer than it actually is. Would probably try a different place if making plans again.

This is a great beach resort with a unique vibe. Many of the villas are built out of shipping containers and have their own pool. They are very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of air conditioning and even little kitchens. The resort itself has a nice restaurant, bars and pools. The beach is nice and great for body boarding!

We rent Villa Langosta, was a great experience could accommodate 6 people, has their own pool, barbecue and bar. It’s separated from the other villas. About what to bring, has small fridge and kitchen, heat something small or use microwave, do not bring a lot of perishables, cuz is to small space. Beds are confortables, it’s rustic and bellow lots of palm trees, that is what I like. Personnel is extremely polite and help in any way you need. Good topic is inside La Hola restaurant where food is amazing

The place it’s very nice, but needs a lots of remodeling, specially the bathrooms. The stuff it’s wonderful in service and communication. Very attentive and prompt to serve you. Don Pedro, David, Kevin, Elmer are very cordial, always very happy to serve you. They give us a wonderful staying time. We were very happy with the them. Thank you!
