Hello. We're sorry you did not enjoy it here. Let us say we always recommend, in order to avoid any stress on our Guests, to ask for a parking place in advance, as we can send you all kinds of indications about it (the private one - not owned by Atmosfere - is located 5 minutes on foot from the rooms by the way, here's why) in advance, so that you know what to do once you're here. It is a service appreciated by many of our Guests, as it comes for a convenient cost and it is strategically located just beside the train station, just a 5 minutes on foot from the room. No, we are not always able to leave the office to show you the parking place: if we can, then it is our pleasure to do that, but if we can't leave the office then we are not able to do that. About the distance between room and office: it is indeed 1 minute on foot. And we are always available if needed through phone, that is available for free next to the room. About breakfast, finally, we are sorry you did not enjoy it: it is a classic italian breakfast served in two nearby cafès, one of which - by the way - is a much appreciated Pasticceria (meaning the have a daily and fresh pastries and focaccia production). Hello there, thanks again for staying here. Let us remark this is not a hotel indeed, this is a (completely new) Guest House, located on the fourth floor of a residential town center building (btw: all the rooms are on the same floor, served by an elevator). Its name is infact "Atmosfere Guest House", it is very well displayed online, the search engine parameters identifies Atmosfere as a guest house. Otherwise, then, its name would be Hotel Atmosfere. We're sorry to read you think there are no services here, we believe this is not true.. Our reception, as you may have read in all the reminders we sent, opens at 2 pm and, like hotels do, this is why check-ins are usually made within the properly indicated time. Nevertheless, when on your arrival, 9 am (morning time) we made all we could do in order to assist you, even if we were not advised, giving you all the info you may need, storing the bags and explaining the services, so that you were free to spend your time according to your plans of the day. Plus, we made our best to get your room ready as soon as possible. Our reception opens from 2 to 6 pm everyday, and, despite of this, we always assist the guests asking for an earlier or later check-in (a late check-in procedure is available, so that the guests are allowed to get in autonomously), we only need to be advised (mail, whatsapp, wechat, phone-call, txt, and so on, all the contacts are displayed on your reservation print and on our reminders). We are available for any indications and info or assistance you may need, and it's our pleasure to do so. Our best regards, Atmosfere Guest House Staff

Parking, as shown online, is not included in the rate of the room, but it is usually appreciated by the people deciding to book it. We do not provide breakfast, here's why there are not rates including breakfast: nevertheless, in all our accomodations a coffee machine is at your disposal, as well as a kettle.

About the separated beds, actually, let us underline what follows: in case the room is booked for two, Guests are kindly invited, at the moment the reservation is made (and not upon their arrival here), to request the beds to be separated, that's it, and beds will be prepared separated for them.
