one washer has been broken for months , dryers make the clothes smell like cat urine , and housekeeping tries to bust in the room without announcing themselves banging the door against the lock.

The staff is great but location is a little isolated. The laundry facilities aren't great but the price is, overall it is a good place to stay.

The rooms were nasty. The WiFi was non existent. Other guest fighting and busting in the door. The front desk is very rude.

Room was dirty, cigarettes burnt on tub, and that was a no smoking room,couple smoking inside the elevator, not a safe place

Gentleman that checked me in was rude, door to our room was stuck & needs a good shove to close. Cockroach on table upon walking in & on the floors when we came back from dinner. Water b barely luke warm from shower. Shower faucet came off. Bed was really hard. Train blasting for a good 20 min at 11:30pm.

The property is not so much what I'm upset about the fact that I was quoted one price but you guys and charge a whole different price I think I should receive some kind of refund or about you or something I work hard for my money don't like being tricked out of it

Studio 6 in Lafayette LA wasn't bad. It was quiet and clean and a good deal for the price. It was in easy walking distance from the airport but there was no sidewalk forcing me to take a dangerous stroll along a major thoroughfare.

They had blood on the curtains feces on the toilet roaches the room was supposed to be non-smoking but had multiple cigarette burn holes in the comforter worse hotel experience I've had in a long time

Bathroom fan vent looked like a dryer lint filter that hasn’t ever been cleaned. Suspicious stains on the sheets and burn holes on the mattress. Non-smoking section smelled like smoke.

I literally would have preferred sleeping in my car. Unfortunately, there is not a photo attachment option here. I have photos of my room showing a filthy fridge, sticky floor, horrific bathroom, dirty table, and to top it off--a SOCK stuck inside my lounge chair as I unloaded my bags that came from SOMEONE ELSE! The front desk service worker was everything but nice. She literally did not offer me another room, was quite limited in her ability to communicate, was seemingly unprepared to work as a professional in a business setting. Other customers ahead of me complained as she stood there ignoring us all. It was quite pitiful.
