They charged my mom for one nights that was already paid. Not only that credit card information was stolen . Thay took over 1000 dollars from credit card..

Muy recomendable.
Estuvimos solo de paso por una noche ya que ibamos a Orlando; asi que no puedo dar datos de la zona, excepto que adelantamos camino desde Miami. El hotel reúne la calidad de los Holiday inn y quizas los supera. Las camas comodisimas y las almohadas tambien. Cafe en la habitación lo que me gusta mucho.Refrigerador, plancha, utiles en el baño...o sea todo bien. El desayuno abundante y variado. de muy buena calidad.

I didn't stay! Called Expedia travel insurance and said it was dumpy, I was scared to stay there, bad area, room was super outdated. Couldn't open front door. Tried 3 times up and down stairs, had to get desk lady to open. Old old locks. Got in room and it was smelly, old, and wouldn't have taken a shower in bath. And you were going to charge me $247!!! You did!!! I asked for money back b/c couldn't stay. I smelled marijuana on 2nd floor next to room but desk girl said she didn't. I have never smoked it so my nose is very receptive. So the 3 times I had to go upstairs to try to get in room I had to smell it. It was 8 or 9 last night April 19th and I was so very tired. Anna, the girl at desk was very kind and said I'd get my money back. I'm calling Expedia back now.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung ist marode und schon einige Jahrzehnte alt. Am Empfang steht, dass dieses Hotel renoviert wird. Allerhöchste Zeit !!! Der Service war tadellos. Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber wenn ich bedenke, dass ich 200 USD für das Zimmer bezahlt habe, wird mir etwas anders. Das ist das Zimmer auf keinen Fall wert. Nach der Renovierung sieht es bestimmt anders aus. Da die Lage zu Palm Beach gut ist, kann man in dem irgendwann neu renovierten Hotel auch übernachten. Aktuell muss man sich auf den Charme vergangener Zeiten einlassen wollen…

The front desk person was extremely pleasant, helpful and even joyful. He MADE my stay! I was only here from one night, but I wish I had planned my whole trip around this hotel.

The service was poor. The beds were clean the couch was filthy dirty. Which was supposed to be extra pullout bed we needed. I would not even sit on couch much less sleep on it. Hall walls were all dirty. Dining area furniture all dirty so we would not eat breakfast provided there. Never stay there again.

I've stayed in a lot of Holiday Inn properties, and this one just felt very dated and off brand. Not like I was going to die, but not fresh and clean. Weed smell in the hallway. Breakfast was hot but not really outstanding. I expect more from this brand.

Hotel is close to where we need to go. The desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Room could be cleaner but the hotel is old. Needs updating. The area is not the best.

This property was disgusting enough to stand by my luggage for about 15 minutes considering checking out. The couch in room looked like someone peed on it recently. I moved to another room, also disgusting. As a single woman I really would’ve thought if I wasn’t just going to be sleeping for a few short hours.
