Es un hotel nuevo por lo que todavía le quedan aspectos por mejorar. Pero por lo general, ha sido una muy buena estancia.

We are currently staying at the hotel. Please avoid hotel. They do not care about their guests. I have tried to communicate with management and they are not forthcoming avoiding contact. From day one the buffet restaurant was poor under cooked food no regimen. You have to seat yourself and battle your way through to find a vacant table. The plates are disgusting, all of them are covered in a greasy film and check every plate because you will find dirty food either underneath on top. The cups and glasses are exactly the same. We have complained and asked for a refund for our half board. They have refused this. Only offering to pay the remaining days but not the sub standard days. We have felt unwell since we started eating here. my wife is pregnant too . We blame feeling unwell on the very substandard hygiene. God only knows how bad it is in the kitchen. The room is pleasant and fresh but it doesn't get cleaned properly. All of the staff seem miserable. We have stayed at the next door hotel for several years the level of service from staff and cleanliness in this hotel will never be reached by Barceló. Some serious changes need to be made at this hotel. If they are willing to listen to their guests but right now they are not. Good luck Barcelo you are gonna need it with this attitude.

1st stay in new hotel
Hotel was very clean and staff were excellent very friendly & helpful. Buffet breakfast was good but nothing too special and a wee bit chaotic at times. Pool was excellent as it was heated and towel service great.

The worst hotel if you have dietary restrictions
The hotel is newly opened and the interior design great but it feels like the works in the open parts have been done to 98% (e.g. the room is pretty yet the windows are dirty and the curtains not ironed). It didn’t influence our stay though. The architecture of the hotel causes a lot of echo too and even though we were there off season you could hear the neighbours from the opposing room. Still, that wasn’t a big issue. But the worst was the food - we’re vegetarians and we’ve never seen a buffet so filled with meat. Day 1: a vegetarian cannelloni (confirmed by cook to be vegetarian) appeared to be made of fish. There was no other warm “veggie” dish. The cook prepared me wok tofu with veggies. DAY 2: the buffet was still not adapted, our servant offered to prepare me a special meal - same as the day before… day 3: I was offered tofu with veggies for the 3rd time and showed my dissatisfaction so after 30 min of back and forth I was served a nice seitan dish. Day 4: I was served the same seitan dish with the same veggies... We should not have to negotiate every day to get treated on the same level as others, isn’t it?! The hotel is bragging about their sustainability efforts but it’s greenwashing since there’s nothing sustainable in such a basic aspect like the food. The service was very nice though, the problem is at the management level. Definitely cannot recommend to anyone with dietary restrictions or anyone trying to be sustainable.

Una bella vacanza in un hotel con alto potenziale
Abbiamo visto in costruzione questo hotel dal principio, e la voglia di vederlo realizzato ci ha fatto prenotare in questa struttura, malgrado i molti giudizi negativi di cui abbiamo letto ( alcuni a nostro giudizio, solo cattiverie e bugie per buttare fango su questo hotel) . Obbiettivamente è un hotel ai primi mesi, manca del personale e ha alcuni disagi essendo una struttura da terminare, ma possiamo garantire che tutti si spendono per ovviare e risolvere questi disagi, tutto il personale è estremamente gentile e servizievole, dal personale della reception, ai camerieri e direttori di sala. Il buffet è ricco e vario, il cibo è buono e di qualità, i prezzi sono nella media di altre strutture e per certi versi anche inferiori. Le camere sono confortevoli in tutto e moderne, hanno tutto di cui puoi necessitare in vacanza compreso ferro e asse da stiro, abbiamo avuto qualche problema con le pulizie, ma immaginiamo che il personale sia ancora carente per le oltre 700 camere di questo hotel, comunque dopo una telefonata ..tutto è stato risolto in 15 minuti. La piscina è confortevole e riscaldata, con sdraio a sufficienza per tutti. Animazione e spettacoli tutte le sere, i ragazzi si fanno molto da fare, tutto piacevole e per chi ama la tranquillità alle 23 termina la musica, ma si può stare al bar a fare 2 chiacchere e bere drink. Se ci sarà occasione torneremo certamente in questo hotel, anche per vedere gli sviluppi dei lavori in fase di completamento.
