Hello Maricela, We are sorry to hear the internet wasn't working for you. I hope you were able to notify the Front Desk staff so they could attempt to get it working for you. The latest check-in time is 4pm. We encourage guest to arrive before 4pm to obtain a parking pass and a complimentary early check-in when the room becomes available. We also offer complimentary late check-out at first come, first serve basis and when available. We hope you will give us a chance in the future to correct these misunderstandings.
