These are spacious rooms with a queen size bed, love seat, microwave and fridge. Each room has its own bathroom, which is important as some of the downtown hotels do not. Great walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Both of the front desk ladies were very friendly. We got here too early and had to walk around the town for a while but that was ok because it's a great place to hang out.

. Better value in near towns. $ for convenience
As are hotels in the area, high price for level. Staff was friendly and helpful. Modest room, regular shower with no working stopper to take a bath in the smallish tub. No heater in bathroom. Nice shampoo etc but minmal other amenities. ( only coffee no tea, or way to make tea.) Could hear people going up and down stairs. Bed and linens were super comfortable. Parking and location convenient.

Great locations and nice staffs. Overall good value, the room is clean and decently spacious. The only downside is that the heater was very loud and sometimes made scary electrical sounds and the toilet was not flushing so we had to fix it ourselves.

I've never been to Leavenworth so wasn't sure what to expect. Only downside is being on the 1st or 2nd floor due to wood floors in the rooms. You can hear people above and the jacuzzi tubs vibration is a bit of a nuisance. Good news was it didn't last long. But if there were kids? Oof, that would be bad.

Price definitely pays for how convenient the location is for locations around the area. I wish there was some water provided in the rooms especially because the tap water tasted a bit weird. The heater was also very very loud. Staff were very sweet though!

Cute Motel in the middle of Leavenworth. Walk anywhere. Rooms are small and the bare minimum. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our late check in.

Perfect location
We stayed the night here in the large room upstairs for our anniversary. It was unusually hot for the time of year so no jacuzzi or fireplace were used. At 400 a night we appreciate those amenities. The furniture was a bit beat up but the bed was very compfy. The two AC units were working overtime to keep the room cool with how large it is. Overall a great stay as staff was super nice.

Had a great stay for our 5th wedding anniversary! I’ve never stayed in downtown Leavenworth so I wasn’t quite sure where to stay and this place did not disappoint. King spa room was perfect and relaxing and it’s an easy walk to anywhere in town.
