I would like to put your mind at ease, though, that garbage bags are for the leaves that we regularly remove from the garden. We agree that it doesn't look good, so we will change the placement of the bags. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.You mentioned in your comment that the Garden Haus was "dated." We have completely remodeled this unit and EVERYTHING in the unit is brand new. The mattress is two months old.Mattresses are highly personal and a mattress someone loves, another hates. We feel terrible that the mattress wasn't to your liking. We are not surprised by your review, Hsin. We provided a lovely 5th floor condo for your stay. We felt totally disrespected by the way you left the condo. As you admitted, the bed was moved out of the bedroom, the kitchen furniture was in the bathroom, you broke a chair and lamp, the kitchen sink was full of food and dishes, and there was trash all over the floors and every counter (including a dirty diaper) so, yes, you are required to pay an additional cleaning and damage fee. You signed an agreement. We are holding you to it.
