Very nice set up. Lodging, coffee shop, restaurant, bar, and gas station all together in a quiet area. Everyone super friendly.

This was not a place that will get my business again. The room is an afterthought. There is no dedicated check in or out location, you have to go into the restaurant for both. I had a 70.00 charge on my bank account the day after with absolutely no explanation, no receipt and no contact. There is no parking lines so everyone else is crammed into the parking area. This room also was supposed to be pet friendly but it really comes down to you can have a pet but we will be charging you extra (those $70 fees im guessing since there was no other possible reason)if your pet moves inside the room. This is a firm no for me and my family going forward and I have already let all my friends who were thinking about it know that this should not be a part of their plans to visit Leavenworth.

Hi. Jason any hotel you stay at you pay a pet fee or they don’t allow pets at all. You failed to mention you had pets and it is clearly mentioned when you reserve a room. There are clear signs where to check in even when you reserve the room. This is literally 50 steps from the hotel with signs pointing where to go we never had a problem with people trying to find the hotel. As for parking lines we get snow here hence when snow falls we remove the snow when we remove the snow paint generally gets stripped. Thanks again for the review we always strive to do the best we can unfortunately we can’t make everyone happy.

We had a great stay. The food at the restaurant is good. The people are very friendly. The gas station next door is open 24 hours so snacks and drinks are easily available. There is nothing else within walking distance. It’s about a 20 minute drive from downtown Leavenworth.

The owner was super nice as was most of the staff. Only had one somewhat rude server during our entire stay. They have a bar, restaurant, and coffee house all on the property. They even roast their own beans. Rooms have recently been remodeled and were beautifully done. We will definitely be back.

The property was quiet until the trains passed through nearby. To their credit, ear plugs were provided. Also on Sunday morning, the smoke alarm started chirping. We could smell or see any smoke. We assume that the battery was running low. This started at 2:00 am. Very annoying. Also, the only chair in the room was metal and uncomfortable. The room was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The adjacent restruant tbuisness is 16 miles from t had good food at a reasonable price. Be aware that this

It's about 20 mins away from Leavenworth, not a lot to do in walking distance besides the onsite cafe and diner but the short proximity to town is short and it's relatively quiet despite being right next to the highway exit. The motel is clean and larger than expected.

We needed to book a room near Leavenworth last minute and we came across the Squirrel Tree Resort- we went with it because it was the only option that didn't cost an arm and a leg, and we were conpletely delighted with our stay. It was clean, had modern furnishings and a very convenient bar and restaurant right next door with great food! Not to mention Lake Wenatchee is just 5 minutes down the road, we will definitely be back again! A very pleasant surprise- thanks for a great weekend getaway!

Very empty and not welcoming feelings. Felt ghetto and weird. Kept hearing popping/cracking noises coming from the closet in the middle of the night and you’re right by the high way which has loud cars and trucks blaring by which would be expected however the seal to the door does not exist and therefore does not cover the high way noises

Great clean place and allowed us to have our dogs. loved the food and staff. Owner was great! He let us leave our cars while we did a backpack trip in the area.

Expedia should have told us where to check in, not to call. Check in was easy room clean and nice. Excellent service, property is amazing. Bar and live music amazing. Cant wait for breakfast right outside our stay.

I would stay here again.
We were very happy with our stay. My husband wanted to buy a glass of milk and they just gave him some. They also gave us a bag of ice for our cooler. Very hospitable. I would go back. It was about 25 min. from Leavenworth.

It was great to have a place that had a restaurant, bar and coffee shop right where we were staying. The outside in the back is lovely and we enjoyed hanging out outside while relaxing and having dinner. The rooms were clean and updated too.
