Would certainly stay again! Front desk and dining staff were excellent. Only quibble would be the remodeling going on during the stay. Was supposed to be from 8 am until 5 pm. Often it continued on into the evening, but I was in the Philippines. Island time is a real thing after all.

I had never stayed at a hotel with no toilet paper or tissue in the bathroom. It was just terrible with just two towels in the bathroom. In addition, after we checked out, we had to hang around until the room was inspected. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

You get what you pay for
The hotel has no hot water.. I’ve been here a number of times and the sheets always have some sort of smell the other time it smelled like smoke and this time is smelled like it wasn’t washed properly had a faint smell of a dirty dish rag if that makes any sense? It smelled sour? The sink filled up when u left the tap on and had a smell of sewer.. the breakfast was better than I expected tho had a decent selection of food(Filipino food). Staff were accommodating and polite.. but hey you get what you pay for. Not THAT bad. A 2-3/5 rating..

Our room smelled musty and the window was kind a broken, so you heard everything from the street outside. The breakfast buffet was ridiculous, as the hot dishes were cold and the buffet was not replenished at any time. The only thing which was good were the freshly made eggs.

Cockroaches running around in our room , we asked to be moved but they initially refused , stating they are fully booked . My uncle has to get mad to finally moved us to another room after we insisted & shied then pictures of the cockroaches & they finally moved us to another room which also had baby cockroaches upon our arrival . Then they moved us to another room they says it’s executive. No apologies received stating they upgraded us but the third room is the same as the first room we had .. pool was not working ..the only consolation was sone staff are very respectful & pleasant. Will not booked here again …

The hotel could use some modernization. It looks like retro 1960's. Paint is chipped or peeling. A bath mat in shower would help as the floor was slippery.

Beautiful interior, excellent service and friendly staff. The only issue is the parking. They told me to drive around back. The parking are was a small, uneven gravel are, with piles of garbage & trash. About enough room for six vehicles, but two would have to move if you were there first. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Nice hotel, and I told them I would return, but let me know when they get better parking arrangements.

We had left a very fancy hotel in another city before coming here, and we noticed a slippage in the overall maintenance in the back areas of the hotel, but the lobby was excellent overall. The staff made up for any shortcomings by enthusiasm and diligence. They try very hard.

It's very clean, has great beds, the staff is excellent and the restaurant in excellent. The free B fast buffet is one of the best I've seen

Great customer service, rooms are not what appears, they are much older. Shower is not good at all and rooms are very old.

Staff were very helpful. But the hotel is very disappointing. Smell of sewer in the room, cleaning staff did not provide towels. Had to request towels everytime. Rooms not thoroughly clean each time.

Staff was helpful and cordial. They also offer free shuttle to the airport. The driver also stopped at nice view spots for photo opportunities. Also, mall is walking distance and easy access for lunch & dinner.

Stay Away -COCKROACH!!!!, We were greeted by a cockroach in the room, front desk sent somebody to get the cockroach we trapped in a glass and that's it. We packed our bags and decided to move hotel. As we are talking to the front desk they offer to move us to another room while 2-3 cockroaches passed around the area. It was a booking trough Expedia and all was prepaid, front desk staff looks wasted more of our time and looks like they don't know what they are doing when I demanded a refund. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for my money back, Expedia team is working to reach them but somehow the hotel is unreachable. Worst hotel experience!

A taste of quiet luxury
Impressive lobby, great breakfast, helpful staff, nice pool. Cozy room with adequate lights, nice bathroom. The only negative thing I could.say are the pillow cases though were definitely clean had that peculiar smell of laundry that had not thoroughly dried. Good location, close to St. Raphael Church.
