“We stayed here for a UT reunion. There were 6 women and one husband (bless his heart). We had plenty of space for us all to sit around and catch up. It was about a 20 minute Uber ride to Neyland, close to grocery stores if you need something. The kitchen was stocked with things you might need... Most importantly, a corkscrew! We had a great weekend and the house contributed to that!”

“This little house was perfect. Very tastefully decorated. Very easy to navigate the home. The location was central to downtown Knoxville. Communication was excellent with the ownership and management of the home. I travel a lot and if you are looking for a very clean home with everything you need for a short stay. I cannot recommend this home anymore. Outdoor space was lovely.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the yellow tea cup cottage. The horses surrounding the property were a huge hit for our kids, lots of space for our dog to run, and the sounds of chickens next door was perfect. The house is well appointed/decorated and provides everything you need - bathroom products, plenty of cleaning supplies, and fully stocked kitchen. Only downside was it’s not close to any conveniences (grocery store, etc) and it’s on the flight path. But for us, it was totally worth it!”

And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. Check i/o was a breeze, very responsive hosts, safe neighborhood, large backyard nice to stretch legs & ramble with kids before dinner. We would stay again and definitely recommend!”

“We stayed here with our family of 6 (4 kids, ages 8-16 & 2 adults), and there was more than enough room! We had plenty of room, the accommodations were so nicely appointed, and the house had everything we needed. With 4 kids (and one of them falling into a creek on one of our hikes, lol), the washer and dryer were great to have, and we all enjoyed the fire pit across the street on the water where we roasted marshmallows and hot dogs for dinner one evening.
