L'accueil y est excellent. Le calme est appreciable. La chambre avec son grand balcon est très bien. Petit bémol pour le matelas un.peu trop mou et la porte de la salle de bain qui est juste coulissante. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Nous reviendrons volontiers dans cet établissement.

Chère Christiane, merci beaucoup pour votre séjour à l'Hôtel Garni & Apartments dala et vos 5 étoiles. En 2021, les lits de nos chambres vue montagne ont été rééquipés de sommiers à lattes et de matelas à ressorts de dureté 3. Vous êtes peut-être habitué aux niveaux de dureté 4 à 5, mais 3 est recommandé pour les lits d'hôtel. Pour des raisons d'espace, la porte de la salle de bain ne peut être organisée que comme une porte coulissante. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la chambre avec le grand balcon avec sa magnifique vue sur les montagnes ainsi que notre petit déjeuner et le calme. Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir lors de votre prochain séjour à Loèche-les-Bains. Cordialement, votre famille d'accueil avec Manuela et son équipe

Apprécié: Déjeuner complet Accueil sympathique, disponibilité des tenanciers, conseils sur la région, les activités Emplacement idéal Balcon avec vue Parking à proximité, possibilité de laisser les bagages. À améliorer: Description des chambres/appartements (en louant un studio nous comptions avoir une cuisine dans le prix, hors il faut payer 60frs de +) Le style de la chambre, la rendre un peu plus cocooning, surtout pour l'hiver, et la décorer pour lui donner du charme.

this hotel was fantastic - the room was a good size, immaculately clean, good shower, a terrace with a fantastic view, table and sunloungers. the hotel staff very extremely nice and very helpful and forthcoming with tips and suggestions of things to do. the breakfast was truly excellent with lots and lots of options, freshly baked bread and croissants, jams, great coffee and cheese, hams, i could go on for ever. i wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and thoroughly recommend it.

Highly recommended aparthotel.
The hotel owner was super kind and nice. She gave all hearts to help us understand what we can do in Leukerbad. We stayed in the aparthotel room, and it was clean and spacious. The only negative point was that the kitchen was extra 60chf to use so we gave up to use it. But I stayed longer than two nights, I would pay and use the kitchen.

我在11月尾還是淡季入住。人少。所以事都較暢順。入住前酒店會 E mail 一份online check in. 我入住時員工只有兩人。由接待到早餐都由女主管打理。服務良好。 房間整潔，地點適中，環境優美。 廚房有調味料，但沒有油。 沒有鑊鏟。 買了材料才發現。 有細少的桑拿房。

Excellent hotel with great views
Manuela is an amazing host. We stayed at Dala for 3 days and her recommendations made sure we made the most! The location of the hotel is within close proximity to everything and the hotel card offers great discounts at a lot of places. The room was clean and breakfast was great as well. Will love to come back again!

Wonderful family weekend in a lovely place ... The delicious thermal baths ... The snow up in the mountains and a lovely sleighride ... Hotel was comfortable with a great breakfast buffet and the service was very easy going ... Amazingly bilingual (French / German) ... A place to return to for other short vacations or long weekends!

Very pleasant stay - the receptionist was incredibly helpful, giving us advice about which were the best winter hiking routes in Leukerbad and how to get to the cable cars. She also explained the varied choice for breakfast in great detail the following morning, even down to which size mug for different types of coffee from the coffee machine! Lovely view from the balcony in our room and nice to have a small sauna and steam room in the hotel too. Hotel is very centrally located, with just a short walk to the bus station, restaurants and thermal baths.

Idéale pour les familles
Station idéale pour les familles. Malgré les conditions météo difficiles (pistes de ski exceptionnellement fermées à cause du risque élevé d'avalanches), il y avait toujours des activités à faire : patinage, mur de grimpe, bains (avec toboggans, bassin pour les tout petits enfants...), fitness, etc. L'accueil des enfants dans les restaurants a été fantastique (aire de jeux à disposition dans certains restaurants).

Centrally located, excellent views, friendly staff
The hotel itself is located very centrally in the small town. It is hardly 3 minutes walk from the bus station and has various dinning options at and around the hotel. We had a balcony facing the mountains and the views were incredible. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was nice and well stocked. The check-in lady was nice and honest - she clearly told us that our room might be a bit small for us and that might hear some music at certain times in the day. In all honesty, the faint music didn't bother us at all, even with an open window. Overall a great little family-run hotel that we can highly recommend.
