“Lovely older well kept home. Has everything you need. Lovely neighborhood and has a very nice yard to sit out in. Grocery store was 2 blocks away. Secure parking for one vehicle. It is close to the airport but that didn’t bother us. Beds were comfy and we slept fine. Would consider staying here again. Thanks”

“Property is located in a really nice new subdivision developed behind an older one. Location is closer to TWU but just minutes from UNT. Location is awesome to take advantage of night life at trendy, family friendly Denton Downtown Square Home has great layout and is equipped to make your stay comfortable. Coffee bar fully stocked, plenty of towels, the beds and pillows were really comfortable and ladies, a full sized blow dryer provided-Yes!! ;-) Check in nice and easy. Access to garage door...

“The only negative was I couldn’t remember the access code. For those traveling with pets, the fence in the back is leaning pretty good.”

“The property is a fairly new build. Plenty of room and close to downtown Dallas. The only downside would be that its near a busy intersection and theres a bus stop in front. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This is an interesting home. Other reviewers mentioned problems with the light over the hot tub; there is a GFCI outlet to the left of the tub that trips sometimes and if you reset it the lights work fine. The bubbler in the hot tub did not work but the pump did. There is a small electrical box on the wall outside toward the pool that has a switch that turns on the pump, which is also necessary for heat. The water was clear on arrival but the treatment tablets ran out and it got cloudy. We were...
