“When you walk into the house, you will be absolutely amazed at the view. The house has everything you need with plenty of room. On occasion howler monkeys would visit the area, actually one woke us up one morning it was so close and so vocal. We recommend Ocotal Beach. Clear and beautiful water. “We’ve stayed in numerous VRBOs in several countries. This was our best one yet! It’s the end unit of a place that’s not a “resort” in the traditional sense, but is for all intents and purposes. “Property was great, better than the photos. The was very clean. Easy to travel from the airport. Some things need replacement or updated. The beach towels were in very poor condition. The dishwasher needs to be replaced or professional cleaned. Some of the kitchen items could also be replaced ie. Glassware, dishes and pots and pans. But the place was BEAUTIFUL we enjoyed every day. I would like to come for another visit.”

Location is very nice, out of the way. Renting a golf cart is strongly recommended. Also - be sure to review what is available at the property, like toiletries and cookies supplies.”

“Enjoyable beach stay that met our expectations: steps to ocotal beach and restaurant; magical Sunsets and close drive (via our rental car) to Coco. Place was clean with minimal snorkel gear but have rentals available, no binoculars but bird watching from the porch is nice and easy to use gas grill for our meals/ comfortable beds and good TV/ kitchen but need your own groceries and have option for grocery delivery.
