Staff was very helpful my daughter left her rings in the bathroom when she used it in the morning and they were at the front desk in the evening. Very clean facility. Very central location, close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and money exchange. Side note: money exchange rate is higher on the street than the hotel.

Very helpful staff. Nice rooms. Good restaurant and room service. But for me, the problem was noise. One side of the hotel is next to bars and discos and the music seeps into the rooms. The other side is next to one of the main streets in Miraflores jammed with honking traffic.

Perfect Location and friendly staffs
Staffs are very professional and friendly. Property location is centrally located which allows walking activities or even taking public transportations. The best is a visitor information center just around the corner and plenty of restaurants around.

Staff were excellent, they couldnt do enough for you, you could check in even after midnight, as i arrived at 2am. Hotel is 10 star in my books, right near all the food outlets and Kennedy Park.

The hotel way way better than i expected. From the moment i arrived at 2am, till leaving at 5am, 8 days later, the service, helpfulness was 10/10. Even in the breakfast room they were very helpful. When my cases decided to travel independently, they were there to help. I will definitely be staying there again

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room seemed cold even with the heating on. There was no milk supplied with the tea & coffee in the room.

This hotel was in a great neighborhood, close to lots of happening walkable restaurants and thing to do. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms large, Front desk was very helpful

Property was in a good area, close to restaurants and attractions. Comfortable, clean rooms. With the exception of the Concierge and the Bellman I didn't find the employees warm. The check in process was clinical to say the least. The agent was absolutely not engaging and the experience was the same each time I stopped at the desk. Kudos to the Concierge who used my name and was helpful and the Bellman who was quite warm on the night I arrived. Tried in vain to get roomservice to answer phone and had to call the front desk after about ten minutes of trying to get a meal after traveling all day. Nice property with good breakfast options but the staff experience could definitely be improved.

We arrived at 1:30 am. We had prompt, nice shuttle service from the airport. Someone met us curbside immediately upon arrival take take our luggage, and check in was courteous and efficient.

The hotel is great, good location. The beds are super comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great. The Staff was not as helpful or nice, they could have better customer service. No one helped us with iur bags altough they say we had quite a few and there was a bell boy available, he didn't try to help at all
