“There were not a lot of options in the area so we chose the Lady Bay. Great views over the beach and golf course and nice and quiet at night. Staff were lovely and bar and restaurant excellent. Sadly the place needs a bit of work and the ducted air con was noisy and blew too much air in the bedroom. There were no insect screens on the sliding doors so made life difficult without the air con. Shower was fantastic. Need a mattress topper on the King beds too.”

“A lovely country retreat just out of Mt Gambier. Quiet, comfortable and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Hearing the birds singing was a joy.”

“Staff friendly and able to arrange after hours check in, rooms are clean but soundproof is average and shower temperature fluctuates whilst showering. Overall comfortable stay.”

“There was no service for the apartment, if we needed anything i needed to ask at reception for it and i would recommend that some of the items in the kitchen be replaced such as the toaster, otherwise it was a cute little apartment.”

“Clean, spacious unit. Easy to get to. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Maybe updating the bathroom and decor would be good but not necessary as room was functional and tidy. I didn’t notice a restaurant, that would be very helpful as when we arrived, we were tired and didn’t feel like going to dinner. We ordered Uber eats so it’s not a big issue not having a restaurant on site. Thank you. We will book again, should we need to. ”

“Nice place to stay. I had a little cottage which was very basic, but it had everything I needed for a 2 day stay. The only annoying thing was that the bed was on wheels so it moves around a lot on the hard floor.”

“The staff member Stephanie ,on duty when we arrived after a very long day of driving was exceptional in every way. We had several electrical problems in our room and she acted promptly to resolve and assist us . She was professional and empathetic and ultimately moved us , even helped us pack up and move to a different room. We highly recommend her can do service with a smile. The hotel was in a great location with great in room facilities.”
