“Very nice and clean property. Wonderful view from the second floor.Took my 87 year old mother to see the ocean one more time. Easy access from underground garage to elevator. Murphy bed worked great so my brother could come along. Saw whale spouts and fishing boats and a container ship cross the horizon. The last night watched the sun burn into the ocean. AMAZING!”

“My friend and I are 80 years old and we've been going on retreat for 40 years where we do art work, walk, and have fun. My biggest problem was the stairs and all the art material we brought. The back stairs worked better. The heating was old and was either off or on.”
