Estuve una noche en una habitación individual y la verdad esque me sorprendió positivamente este sitio. el equipo muy amable, la habitación tenía una ventana muy grande que daba a Plaza Figueroa, con ducha y pica. Ahh muy importante, también tenía aire acondicionado. Muy contenta relación calidad precio.

Mrs Mina, in response to your terrible comment, I have to tell you that you are a terrible customer who does not respect hotel standards, you arrived at the hotel at around 7am with the demand to enter the room at that time, as a guest should know (information that is readable on the booking platform) that check-in is only from 2pm, as at 7am all rooms are occupied, however you were offered a living room to rest until the room was ready, with total arrogance, he did not accept, he preferred to go look for another hotel that was available at that time, so as he made a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation, it was not possible to make a refund, the hotel was not at fault, we followed all legal regulations, therefore we did not have any responsibility for what happened, the room was unoccupied for only 2 days as required by law. The only thing we didnt like was not having an elevator which was hard on my friend who has a bad knee but otherwise the staff was great, room was a good size and clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was average but acceptable. Love the location super convenient for everything but it can get loud at night since its near a square.

Wish they would give out two or more sets of keys, and the front door was controlled by a customer key or some sort. Only had to use the door after hours when it was closed, and it was quick and easy to get open, but I'm just being very picky at this point.

The location is convenient. The place is very clean. The place has no elevator, so it was hard climbing up the stairs with all or luggage. The location's sugn is not easily visible.

Les , chambre confortable, bonne literie, frigo et bouilloire, propre et bien tenu, accès sécurisé à la chambre, petit déjeunée très correct, emplacement de l'établissement excellent pour organiser des visites à pied, personnel très sympa, disponible et francophone. Les - Chambre donnant sur la place, fenêtre double vitrage sans protection phonique, on entend les personnes discuter au bar, en bas à 30m de la chambre, donc je vous parle même pas des voitures ou camions la nuit, pour nous elles étaient très courtes, la SDB, douche sabot (attention aux personnes âgés ou peu leste pour entrer dedans) le lavabo 5 mn pour avoir de l'eau tiède et le broyeur qui se met en marche tout seul la nuit (pour aider au sommeil) cause fuite, donc j'ai coupé l'eau la nuit. Attention ces remarques ne concerne que notre chambre.

Merci d'avoir séjourné dans notre logement.Comme nous sommes au coeur de la ville il est naturel que ce soit un peu plus bruyant. Concernant la pompe, nous comprenons mais comme nous sommes situés dans un bâtiment historique nous ne pouvons pas surélever le sol, nous avons donc dû installer des pompes électriques.Merci

Great location, though it can be a little loud on the square at night. Huge breakfast selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, cold cuts, bread, espresso drinks, and juices for breakfast. Reception staff were very kind allowing us to store our bags until check-in time when our red eye flight arrived in Lisbon mid-morning. As there are several flights of stairs into reception and the room, guests should not bring heavy, cumbersome luggage.

We stayed one night in Pensão Praça da Figueira and it was okay for what we paid. It’s a hotel/hostel in one offering both shared and private rooms. It’s located well, not too far from the central streets of Lisbon. It’s also about a 30 second walk from one of our favourite donair spots there called Alif Kebab House. Their donair boxes are elite!!! Pensão Praça da Figueira also offers a breakfast in the morning which is helpful, if you like to fuel up before starting your day.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Günstiger Preis. Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schimmel am Fenster. Etagenduschen und -toilette. Kein Aufzug. Steile, kalte Treppe. Der Eingangsbereich nicht sehr einladend. Für eine Nacht okay. Urlaub hier? Nein.

Foi ótima, a localização não poderia ser melhor! Eu só fiquei uma noite e algumas horas pela manhã porque eu tinha um vôo a tarde, estava tão perto de tudo que eu consegui ir em quase todos os lugares principais de Lisboa! As atendentes foram todas atenciosas, obrigada Beatriz e Ines! O café da manhã não tem tantas variedades, mas eu achei o suficiente, muito bem servido e a vista pra praça da figueira é um charme! Com certeza, voltaria! Só tem uma obs: a subida e descida é de escada, não tem elevador, então pra quem tem alguma dificuldade em subir escada fica um pouco desconfortável! E quem estiver com mala muito grande, precisa subir com fôlego rsrs. No mais, adorei!

We stayed delux ensuite room on 3/F. The air quality in room was not good, we kept running nose and the nose did not feel comfy, the housekeeper kept coughing seriously during cleaning without wearing mask. Apart from this, it was clean, basic choices of breakfast, helpful staff, taxi station and metro downstair, close to everywhere.
