Buen hotel
Buena opción si necesitas quedarte en el centro, cerca de estaciones de metro, restaurantes, servicios. El desayuno es bueno y el personal es muy amable. Tiene lo básico para unas pocas noches.

Hotel antiguo, necesita reformas urgentes. Habitaciones no acordes a la cadena sana. La primera planta es imposible para dormir. Sonido atronador de los equipos exteriores de climatización. En el lado de la calle es como si los. Viandantes estuviesen en la habitación. Desayuno muy flojo.

NECESITA SOLUCION
Un detalle que me gustaría dejar constancia es el ruido de las tuberías cuando abres los grifos, sobre todo, por el malestar que pueda ocasionar al cliente de la habitación contigua.

Tiny little great hotel.
It's a small hotel 3 blocks away from the subway station. The area is safe and clean. The hotel is not luxurious but it's in decent shape and very clean. Beds are comfy and the staff is friendly. Its at walking distance from to El Corte Ingles so you can do your tax free shopping. Ill certainly use it again.

Fue buena. Hotel bien situado, cerca de parada de metro de línea a zona monumental de Lisboa . Muy recomendable para la visita a la ciudad.

Es un buen hotel, muy bien conectado con el centro y con parking...aunque el acceso no es cómodo para los coches, único inconveniente. El desayuno es justito, pero por el precio que dan no hay queja.

Muy recomendado
El hotel es excelente. El parking es gratuito, pero extremadamente estrecho (Un coche más grande que un ford focus no entra). Si consigues meterlo, es mejor no intentar sacarlo porque el trasporte público es muy cómodo y barato (la boca de metro más cercana está a dos o tres minutos andando). Por lo demás, insisto, un hotel sobresaliente.

Al llegar no había plazas en el garaje, y cuando pudimos ocupar una, el garaje era tan estrecho que tuvimos que hacer un montón de maniobras. Sólo había un ascensor para todo el hotel, y además pequeño. El coedor del desayuno era diminuto, y tuvimos que hacer cola para conseguir un sitio, incluso un día tuvimos que compartir mesa con otra pareja, porque estuvimos 30 min esperando. Los adornos de metal del cabecero de la cama resuenan al paso de los camiones y casi nos matan del susto la primera vez que lo oímos, a las 5 de la madrugada. No volveremos.

Great hotel in a good location.
Great hotel in the Center of Lisbon. Staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was really big, with a huge selection of fresh produce, breakfast items. The hotel is well located, near a metro station, close to many restaurants nearby.

We loved our stay here and would stay here again. The breakfast buffet which was included, was a full breakfast including eggs ham sausage etc. The only issue with the breakfast is the hot food was not hot. The room was very nice, only one minor issue with the shower. You basically had to mop up the floor after every shower because it was not even half closed by the glass. Friendly helpful staff and great dining options right out your front door. We love the restaurant LUZZO across the Street.

The hotel was in a great location. The hotel is about a 40 minute walk to the city centre with so many things to see and do along the way. If you are in more of a rush, there is a metro station less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was very clean and we got a phone call after checking in from reception to check that everything was satisfactory in our room. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with quite a spread; eggs, sausage, vegetables, fruit, cheeses, and a selection of pastries and beverages. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel is located at one end of a “T” shaped street so minimal traffic. Both sides of the “T” have all kinds of shops and restaurants with outside dining in the median area. The hotel itself is excellent with a wonderful breakfast included, the room was spacious and comfortable. The only “not to like” was the garage that could only serve small cars.

One of the best hotels in Lisbon!
This is one of our favourite hotels in Lisbon. We enjoy the location very much, in a pedestrian area with plenty of restaurants and coffee bars close by. The service of the reception desk was excellent and also when I commented that the door really slammed shut, they fixed it immediately. Can't say enough positive things about this hotel. Breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice.
