Well the keyed entry into the building and parking garage threw me at first, but realizing it added safety in the middle of the city made it worth it. Definitely felt safe once inside! Great facility, comfortable, lots of great breakfast options in the middle of the week. The firepit and pool looked awesome from the window. Only stayed 1 night for medical reasons though, so didn’t get to use it. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked the large rooms, ample breakfast, and friendly staff, but did not enjoy the $17 per day parking fee!

They don't really have much nice choices of food to pick from for breakfast. If you don't care much about too many choices on breakfast then the facility will be great for you.

The had no towels or wash clothes. The hotel only had Managers Time on Wednesday. I had to pay an extra $15 a day to park on the property. The breakfast was mid.

The hotel was good but the staff and employees need to step up their efforts. The breakfast was sub par and missing so many items due to staff lack of refilling items. The entire staff was sluggish and lazy. Usually homewood suites are on point with service and the breakfast buffet is usually great- but not this particular hotel. Do better

This is a fantastic hotel, and we love staying here. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which we found lacking.

Do your research
The condition was not as advertised. Sting used to replace a fan string. Ragged shower curtain hung using tension rod around the still remaining shower door tracks that are no longer needed as the glass was missing. Rooms were cleaned so late when I returned I had to wait in my room while they finished. No way to display that you do not request cleaning at least in my room. Carpet had holes. Desk was protruding from the wall with screws exposed. Make sure you remove anything important as they leave your door wide open during cleaning and leave to go grab things from carts far way. Food in the morning was sub par. No restaurant in the building and the hotel lobby will not be held at the desk. Service desk was at least friendly.

The location is great. The property is old and the lobby smells of urine at times. The pool had an oily film on the surface, no showers by pool. The gym was well equipped. The treadmill screens wouldn’t start and staff didn’t know how to get them to work. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling and leaks from wall above shower every time the water was turned on. Beds can be more comfortable.

Very nice!
The place was very comfortable and the area is also nice. The breakfast was very nice! Would have preferred plain eggs but that’s a nitpick. The only thing is that I was unaware of the “convenience fee” of $50 dollars. Other than that, i will definitely stay again!

Loved the hotel and convenience to river market and shopping. Parking to checkin is nonexistent. There are no luggage carts available. My daughter couldnt get the room she reserved so part of her family had to stay with my other daughter. Not even a sorry for this. Only 1 working elevator. No staff ever at the desk Pool was green. Breakfast wasnt kept stocked. Will never stay again nor will any of my family and we go once a month to visit my daughter in Little Rock. Every one I met there had the same complaints

It was ok. The bed was comfortable. But, Furnishings were old, and decrepit, the elevator floor was all broken up and the elevator made a horrible dinging at every floor. The pool was closed for 3-4 days.

I was not aware that parking was an additional charge. Also the shower handle that turned the water on and off fell off at the first use, one of the glass shower doors was off the track and hanging by the top only, and the last day (Sunday) I could only get "luke warm" at best water for a shower at 6:30am.

An overall disappointment
I was charged $30 for parking- and had to go back and forth to reception to have my key card reset because it stopped working, which was frustrating because I was tired from a long drive... but then the other cards all stopped working- an added hassle. When we finally got to the suite, it was clear that one of the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned. Also, we were two families sharing a suite meant to sleep up to 8, but the kitchenette only had dishes for 4. For what I paid for a suite, this was a big disappointment.

It’s very close to Arkansas Children’s Hospital where we were going. Safe hotel, to get in you have to use your room key. At check in you pick up the phone and dial zero for them to open the door. The staff was so nice and Friendly. The room was clean, the only two things we noticed was the elevator floor had missing tiles and our bathroom in 603 had mold on the outside corners of the bathroom. Other than those things very thing was clean and in tack.

The lady working the breakfast bar should have been at the front desk. They could learn lessons from her on being nice. She was great… the manager, not so much.
