Thank you for taking the time to rate your recent stay at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in Livermore. We are less than 5 miles from the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, and many of our guests enjoy the excellent shopping available there.

The staff was incredibly friendly and check in was swift and easy. Plenty of Parking for your car if you take one. Only things I was not too happy about was the weird smell in the room. Like cigarettes mixed with something but it was a non smoking room and the shower had super light water pressure. Other than that, it was fine for two nights

Checking in was super easy and the hotel had good parking. My room was quiet and my bed was soooo comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Would recommend!

First room smelled like weed bad. Clerk was very nice and confirmed the smell and gave us another room without question. She put the customer first which was nice. Don’t see that much anymore. That scores big with us. All friendly transaction in changing rooms and she was good at her job.

Convenient location and professional staff
We were greeted at the front desk at about 6PM. Professional and speedy. Room is small, but has big fridge and decent bathroom. Oddly, water was not as hot as I would have expected for morning shower. We showered later in the morning, so maybe it would be different earlier in the morning; or maybe it was just our room (211). Location is near to shopping and fast food, if you are looking for convenience.

Our pool is seasonal and will reopen at the end of May or beginning of June based on the weather.
