Sehr modernes und sauberes Hotel. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas steril . Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Amazing customer service
After a rough start (nearly being denied check in and a room with no power) the staff exhibited some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They allowed us a very late check out, served us breakfast outside, gave us a free lunch in their restaurant, and a complimentary bottle of wine on check out. What could have been a real low point of our trip turned out to be one of the best hotel stays of my life. I will return to this part of Bosnia just to stay at this hotel again. The room was really nice and very comfortable. It’s a brand new place so they’re still working out some kinks but really a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely go back and will recommend it to friends.
