Excellent price free parking voucher. Good position Excellent self service breakfast more food than you could eat fruit yogurt juice toast tea coffee full english breakfast including mushroom hash browns. Room was small excellent bathroom minor flats loose tap and towel rail but both worked. Clean tea coffee supplies daily. Overall excellent. Would recommend. Lift being relaxed.

The White Heather hotel was spotlessly cleaned everyday, my bed was made and the bathroom too. I have a disability to which they were extremely understanding and accomodated to my needs as a new lift was being fitted they put me on the first floor and made sure i was well looked after. Breakfast was delicious...my compliments to the chef! I would recommend this hotel to all my friends, family and everyone looking for a beautifully refurbished central located property.

Booked hotel as I liked location and needed a hotel that had a lift and restaurant due to limited mobility. When I arrived was informed that the lift was not working and that the hotel was operating on a B & B basis. If I has been informed this whilst booking, I would have looked for alternative accommodation.

A convenient and quiet hotel right in the middle of Llandudno. Staff and overall hotel was lovely. Showers were a little on the smaller side which didnt cause problems but is worth mentioning. Breakfast was amazing and super convenient to help kickstart the day, with a variety of choices. Overall really impressed for the price and would stay again!

the hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent but there was no evening dinner available. The bedroom was clean and adequate but quite small, but a good bathroom.

A warm,very clean and tidy room. Very helpful staff. It will be even better when work on replacing lift is complete. The steep steps up to the front door are tricky but I was kindly helped with my case.

Price was very good for my stay. A single room with tea/coffee, TV, desk for using laptop. Small bathroom but fine. Breakfast was excellent. Quiet and safe. Wifi was working great. Staff nice. I liked this hotel and would return.

Excellent Breakfast. Nice staff. Have stayed here before and will do again undoubtedly. The only issue I have with the place is the skills of the handyman who attempted to mount the electric wall heater in my room... it fell off!

Happy!
Very cosy; I'm rather tall so the bed wasn't big enough. The Hotel was a bit 'tired' in places but very warm with very helpful staff. They just need to fix the lift!!

Friendly hotel, clean and comfortable with a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately no lift and on 3 floors but staff very helpful carrying suitcases. Will definitely be back here.

We booked two rooms with double beds and got two rooms with twin beds .. also got moved from floor above to floor below without notice until arrival saying lift out of order i feel i was moved to lower class room without notice to make way for regular users to have better room if i book a double room with double bed thats what i expect not to get downgraded to twin bed room of lower class than was advertised also was not told that hotel provides parking permits for guests until reading reviews left by others parking was a nightmare having to keep waiting for space to become available then ducking in even with disability bagde

Only for the fact that the reception staff are very helpful and courteous have I given this hotel a two star review, otherwise it would have been a one star review. May I politely suggest that who ever built this building invest in a spirit level as one thing the bedroom floor seems to be most certainly not, is level and specifically you can actually see the floor slope upwards towards the bathroom, so in effect when you put your feet up in bed you are literally putting your feet up in bed!! As such, myself and my friend endured the worst two nights ever in a hotel and if we both got as much as two hours sleep per night, we did well. Consequently, instead of being able to enjoy the last day of our holiday in Llandudno we drove home straight after breakfast, literally doubled up in pain resembling a couple of contortionists from a local circus! Even though Llandudno as a resort is very charming, there is no way whatsoever either of us would ever consider booking this particular hotel again.
