No es para recomendar
El hotel tiene relativamente adecuada relación costo/beneficio. El tamaño de la habitación es pequeño pero el baño aún más, nuestro cuarto (214) tenía ventana a una terraza y la ventana no trababa, así que muy insegura. No tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador de pie, y no se podía dejar la ventana abierta así que muy calurosa Desayuno, solo el inglés muy completo, el continental muy poco variado

Hotel correcto, habitaciones pequeñas pero limpias con baño minúsculo. Desayuno pobre y personal agradable. Ubicado en buena zona, ideal para ir a reponer fuerzas para el día siguiente.

Hotel suficiente
Hotel suficiente para dormir, desayunar y volver por la tarde, de nuevo a dormir, que es lo que suelo hacer en los viajes. La habitación era pequeña. No había aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador, aunque con eso y la ventana abierta, es suficiente. Un solo enchufe, para 4 personas, hoy en día, con la necesidad de carga de los móviles y demás aparatos, no es suficiente. El ascensor necesita un cambio urgente. El desayuno es muy escaso, o desayuno ingles o cereales (solo 2 tipos) o tostadas con mantequilla y mermelada. No hay yogurt, no hay fruta, no hay bollería, no hay aceite. La limpieza y arreglo de las habitaciones, muy bien. El entorno no es malo, cerca del centro, cerca de metro y bus, cerca de restaurantes y bares. No le pongo mas nota porque por la noche, en alguno de los hoteles cercanos había prostitutas en la puerta. Aun así, no fueron un problema. Lo recomendaría.

hotel Bien
Es un hotel bastante sencillo, cerca de la estacion de Paddington, las habitaciones son pequeñas, perfecta relacion calidad precio para aquellos que pasan pocas horas en un hotel. Desayuno muy muy pobre, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Las camas no eran muy comodas, y no hay regulador de temperatura en la habitacion.

A 3inutos de zosffingtin donde llega el tren rxpress desde Heathrow en 15 minutos, tiene cerca y comida etnica de varios tipod, el perdonal es aamable

no me gustó
el hotel se ve limpio, pero la pileta estaba tapada. Pedimos pieza con bidet , ya q mostraban una, pero al llegar alli...no hay ninguna dice uno y otro dice que si. las piezas chicas, si tienes una valija grande estas liquidado!! El bar, seria mejor que no lo mostraran pues no tiene nada. Lo q puedo decir favorable es la atencion del chico d la madrugada y los colchones. Fue una desilucion.

Our family stayed there for 6 days. Pros: cleanness, staff, breakfast is so great Cons: wifi is terrible and broke every 2 minutes. The heater in the room is not good and we have to cover 3 carpets

Reasonable value. Useful location. Some small items could be easily and cheaply corrected - management should periodically visit each room while playing the role of a critical and demanding guest, and attend to the little details whose correction would transform a "good" to an "excellent".

Old, but ok.
The rooms are good, but small. The beds are old, but it was ok. The washcabin was too small. The cleaning was ok. The breakfast was ok. I miss bacon. Got only one small sausage, to the english breakfast. I want more. The staff was ok. Why must everything have to wrapped in plastic in England? Environmentally conscious?

Mattresses are very old you can hear the springs when you move around shower is disaster the hot and cold water is very hard to adjust very tight space hardly to move inside the shower room I don’t recommend it but staff are so good .

ok for short stays
Hotel very clean . Breakfast was ok . The lift struggled as it is also used by staff cleaning and it is set so that it goes to the floor from where it has been called . Spent 10 mintues going up and down building . room adequately furnished and had good lighting and sockets . However sink very small so difficult to fill kettle. No plug for bathroom sink .Hot water very slow to come though, therefore possible to think there is not hot water . Difficult to read in bed as not head board, when you sit up and lean against the wall bed tends to more. Hotel is fine for short stays and very convenient to paddington

Vi fikk først et dobbeltrom som ikke var akseptabelt. Vi ba om nytt rom for de neste fem døgnene, og fikk det uten noe om og men. Dette rommet var bra. Enkel, men ok frokost, wifi som ikke fungerte under hele oppholdet. Fin beliggenhet nær buss/undergrunn.

Very good hotel in a great location
Room was spotless and a good size. Bathroom was excellent. There was a good selection of breakfast items. I would highly recommend The Gresham.

Glimrende beliggenhet og helt OK hotell
Gresham Hotel ligger glimrende til, med kort vei til/fra Paddington Station (7 min), og kun 15 minutters gange ned til Marble Arch og Oxford Street. Hotellet har, som de fleste andre i området, små rom, men renholdet er bra og folkene som jobber der er hyggelige og yter god service.

Tiesimme huoneen melko pieneksi, mutta kyllä se oli tosi pieni isoille ihmisille matkatavaroineen. Huone oli myös kuuma. Ikkunaa avoinna pitämisellä yritettiin jäähdyttää. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä. Sijainti erinomainen. Ympäristössä paljon pikkuhotelleja. Läheisellä London Streetillä löytyi kaikki tarvittava eli Pizza-paikka, kalaravintola, kahvila ja ruokakauppa. Hop on - Hop off sinisen reitin (Tootbus) pysäkki oli myös samalla kadulla. Toisen puolen viereisellä kadulla oli bussipysäkki, josta pääsi julkisella bussilla mm. Tuusauds'in vahakapinettiin. Aamiainen menetteli. Joka aamu tarjottiin englantilaista aamiaista, joka sisälsi rasvaisen nakin, kaksi toiselta puolelta paistettua kananmunaa ja jotakin papukastiketta. Toki oli myös paahtoleipää, kuumaavettä, josta sai kahvia liottamalla jotakin kahvipussia vedessä, kuin teepussia. Yleensäkin kaikki oli pusseissa ja roskaa tuli valtavasti. Kananmunia oli tietysti ja Cornflakesia yms.

Issue after issue!!!
I really wish we hadn't booked and paid for this hotel in advance because we HATED staying here! The issues never stopped! Here we go: 1. First night checking in, they didn't have one of our days listed as being booked and blamed it on hotels.com even though i had already paid for it. 2. The second day, the power went out in our room. They offered no solution whatsoever. No flashlights, no candles, nothing. We had to shower, change, etc without power and use our phone flashlights to navigate in the room. Additonally, it was extremly hot because we were in an attic room with no working cooling system. We had to find a new hotel for the next day because they "couldn"t fix the power soon". 3. Upon complaining about the power the next day, they offered to refund us for that day and then charged us instead! We were out over $300 on the first few days of our vacation! It took us an in person visit and blunt words to get them to refund our money. It took four days for it to refund back to our account. 4. No consisent hot water in the showers and showers wouldnt drain quickly at all! Loved standing in my own filth while showering. 5. Extremly lumpy and uneven beds! Could feel every spring! 6. Grimey carpet that i wouldnt walk on in my bare feet. 7. Horrible smoke smells in the halls. I will never ever stay here again! The only positive thing we took away from staying here was the lovely, sweet lady serving English breakfast. That is it. Horrible experience overall!

Issue after issue!!
I really wish i hadn't booked this hotel in advance and paid in full, because we hated staying here. The hotel lost one of my reservations and blamed it on Hotels.com the first night we arrived. The second day and full night we were there, the power went out completley and we were not offered any sort of solution whatsoever. We had to shower and change in the dark. No flashlights offered, no candles offered, nothing. Additionally, our room was piping hot because it was on the attic floor without power. They offered to refund our night for the power mishap and then proceeded to charge us instead! We were out around $300 at the beginning of our vacation. We canceled our third day and found another hotel because they "couldn't fix the power anytime soon." It took them four days and an in person blunt reminder for them to fully reverse the charge and refund us. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. They were just placed on box springs on the floor and we could feel every spring in the mattress. They were lumpy and uneven. The only thing that was enjoyable was the incredibly sweet woman who served English breakfast every morning. She was the ONLY positive thing that we took away from this place.

5 mins walk from Paddington railway station and 10min walk to Kensington Gardens. Friendly helpful staff, clean and small ensuite (as expected) room. Basic but satisfactory breakfast options. Perfect base to explore London for the night at a good price.

Basic for London visiting
Great to stop at for a basic base for visiting London. Short walk away from Paddington Station. Able to store bags beforehand and after checking out too. Hot breakfast is 2 eggs, bean's and a sausage. There is plenty of other bits to chose from toast, jams/spreads, cereals, cheese, boiled eggs etc.
