Correcto para el precio.
Correcto para un par de noches. La habitación muy pequeña para tres personas, un poco lejos del metro y a 45 minutos del centro en metro. No hablan ni una palabra de español.

The room was a permanent stale air smell, When you shower. Everything in the whole room gets wet as the ventilation does not work. I feel there must have been mold as I was sick both nights.

They made me wait for an hour to have an ealry check-in which i emailed them prior coming also i have tried to ring them but the phone was ringing and they did not answer the phone on purpose.when i came i wasringing them and they won't pick up the phone ,after that he could not see my booking and told me to wait an hour for the receptionist in the morning because he could not gave me a room. I was waiting until finally the girl on the morning shift came in. There was 2 customer coming to the reception just before me as she was making herself ready. They said that they wanted a room with early check in and guess what suddenly they had a room and early check-in as well then she serve me and she was rude and lying as well she said she hasn't got a room available and that early check in is at 9h00. I call this segregation and i am french and always goes to accor hotel world wide and never has experienced this level incompetence and lies because the night receptionist said that he had rooms but could not do early check in. She said that she gave the last room to these customers. Then why are you accepting money before from expedia if you don't have a room. I have paid a room and cannot enjoy my stay because this girl was lazy and the worst thing she was guided by her emotions make laws as she was going along. I am a gold customer with accor and all my family are platinium with accord 5 Members of them with accor. the bottom line is i booked other hotel ibis due to Racism

Get what you pay for
Bit of a walk through the town and across a park, over a bridge , down footpath, through carpark!!! Basic small room, no kettle. Only 2 plugs that are not near a mirror. Nice size shower though and staff were friendly and helpful. Quite noisy in the corridor , got woken up with guests coming back in early hours, people talking on their phones, children running up and down, needs soundproofing. Ok as last resort.

Exactly what it said on the tin!
Good, clean and comfortable bed. Room is small but we knew it would be when we picked the hotel. Only one issue, there was a smell from the waste pipe in the shower but once window was open it disappered.

No lock on the bathroom door which means whomever you’re staying with can walk in and this has happened a couple of times with my family There is no telephone in the room The mirror is not located conveniently its near the door in the dark Lighting is terrible - very dim couldn’t do my makeup properly Only a double plug socket away from the bed near the window

Very nice a modern bathroom was very surprised! Staff was very friendly and approachable room was a bit small for the 3 of us also the bunk bed wasn’t very comfortable but overall the room was excellent and cheap too perfect location!

The stay was fine, but the rooms could of been warmer. The heaters in the rooms didn't work and staff provided lack of help, got no apology could had better customer service skills. Evently gave us portable heaters after several visits to reception to complain.

One Night In Newham
This is the first time i have stayed at this type of hotel, and was pleasantly surprised, apart from hassle to use the card key in the lock, only two plugs in the whole room, heating system next to useless i think i could pass wind faster and warmer, £3.10 for a cup of small coffee a joke, i will stay again as for a London hotel its cheap, but i will take with me next time my own tea making items a fan and an extension lead

Room was compact and clean, great for up to three if two parents and child in the over head bunk. Did not use parking but seemed to have spaces. Easy access to public transport a short walk away and tesco superstore next door. Great location for access to central london/stratford, excel centre and westfield shopping centre.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff always were what I didn’t like is the maid asked us if we wanted our bed changed and it wasn’t done and the sink in the bathroom was never cleaned properly
