Decoración diferente y moderna pero con poca luz. Hay un poco de descordinación en el servicio de desayuno. Está en un zona llena de pubs y cuando sales por la mañana aún queda gente de fiesta, sin embargo no se escucha nada desde las habitaciones y eso se agradece. El desyuno entra en el precio pero las bebidas que pidas te las cobran en el chek-out y no te avisan de ello.

El hotel esta muy bien situado, cerca de tren y metro con opciones de restauracion cerca. La calidad de la comida del servicio de room service es excelente!! mi habitacion estaba bien pero me asignaron una en la planta 1 dando a un patio por lo que estuve a oscuras toda la estancia

Visité londres en pareja, paramos en el Malmaison por 5 noches. El hotel en general es muy lindo, la ubicación es buena, por la tranquilidad y distancia a medios de transporte (underground y bus). La habitación que nos tocó resultó amplia (publicada como 24 m2). El desayuno incluido en la tarifa está bien, pero no incluye huevos revueltos o calientes en general. Pagando 2 libras adicionales se puede pedir “a la carta” y ahí la cosa cambia. Hay opciones muy buenas y más exclusivas que en el desayuno continental de la mayoría de los hoteles de esta categoría. Lo que NO me gustó: Colchón malísimo para mi gusto, lo mismo las almohadas. La plomería hacía ruidos. No nos limpiaron la habitación 1 de los días. Lo que falló: El aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar una noche calurosísima, llamé para reportar esto y me dijeron que lo verían el día siguiente, no ocurrió, la noche siguiente tampoco anduvo. Realmente fue muy incómodo. Destaco del hotel que se hizo cargo del incidente y nos reembolsaron una noche más las 2 libras del desayuno a la carta de toda la estadía.

The setting was excellent, well connected to the underground. The staff where excellent. The room and bathroon were spacious, the bed comfortable with crisp linen.

Brief overnight in London
Malmaison in Charterhouse Square is a quiet backwater in the middle of London. The room was well appointed, the bed large and room immaculately clean. There are plenty places nearby to get food and drink and the hotel,has its own cocktail bar. Farringdon Station is 5 minute flat walk away.

Excellent hotel for location, service and friendly
From check in to check out the service was excellent. The lady on reception was a little stressed as I think it had been a busy morning. We left our bags as we arrived early. We had booked for 2 nights but under separate bookings. On check in the lady was very helpful and for an additional £10 we were able to keep the same room for both nights. The room is one of the best we’ve stayed in at Malmaison as it was in a quiet area and we didn’t hear anything. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice. Look forward to visiting again

Great price, great location, great stay!
Victor was there to greet us, a pure joy! Friendly, professional and very quick checking us in. The standout for me in the room was the shower. AMAZING! I will be staying again even just for that. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the amenities you’d want. It was also very quiet which was perfect! The breakfast was lovely. Great choice and thed breakfast was great too. Overall, great price, great location, great stay!

Good option
Good location near Farringdon station. Spacious rooms by London standards, and a reasonable value for an upscale hotel. Front desk staff seemed inattentive and disinterested but we didn’t require any help.

Disappointed!
It was good but very disappointed that the hotel did not offer us a couple of free drinks after proposing to my girlfriend where other hotels would offer a couple of free glasses of champagne! Put me off going back!
