No me gustó los muebles son viejos, los ascensores son pequeños y viejos, con colas para acceder y al final con las maletas subimos y bajamos escaleraa, en hora punta muy difícil cojerlo si no te armas de paciencia. Muebles de la habitación muy viejos, necesita renovarse

Mi habitación resultó ser pequeña para 2 personas. Están pensadas para llegar solo con maletas de cabina. La puerta del baño transparente por lo que si se ocupa en la noche ilumina la habitación ya que da hacia las camas. El piso del baño congelado. Si quieres utilizar el aire acondicionado debes estar dispuesto a escucharlo suena como máquina vieja

Mi experiencia fue mas o menos. La habitacion es enana con una cama muy chica, por suerte estaba solo. La habitacion no tenia paraguas, en londres.... luego pedi en recepcion y me dijeron que para el tipo de habitacion que yo habia sacado no habia paraguas. Lo mejore la ubicacion y el desayuno tambien estaba bien.

Terrible breakfast, dry scrambled egg with what looked like mould attached to it. No gluten free cereal option or lactose free milk. Single room is very adequate with 3/4 nice bed and shower. I actually really love this hotel, great location for shopping and getting around London via the tube which is literally just across the street. My only feedback would be that the bed was a bit too soft and that there weren’t any nice lighting options in the room. No smaller reading lights by the bed, so either all bright or all dark.

The room in the hotel was very nice, wasnt expecting sofa to come with it, in which was nice to relax with my partner after long day out.

Staff and all services are great. However, the facility is not modern and room is small compared to other Radisson Blu. Because I supposed other Radisson Blu hotels’ luxury image, I didn’t have a good first impression when I arrived. However, location and staff quality are very fine.
