Dejadez
El hotel esta muy bien situado pero mal cuidado. En la habitacion encontramos un calcetín del huesped anterior. Limpieza regular. El baño es minúsculo, muy incómodo. El dueño, eso si, muy amable.

Excelente valor por tu dinero!
Es un hotel súper céntrico y aunque el espacio es pequeño tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. Definitivamente me quedaría ahí nuevamente.

Un sitio que no ha cambiado en 25 años,es decir que no ha mejorado. La cama muy cómoda pero la habitación deficiente. El desayuno muy bien. No vuelvo por ese precio.

Correcto para Londres
Para Londres, este es un hotel correcto sin más. Recepción en planta -1, donde se puede dejar maletas antes y después de la estancia. Nuestra habitación estaba en planta 3, y esto significa subir muchas escaleras. Cuarto de baño privado pero minúsculo (al lavarte los dientes, abres la puerta con el trasero). Detalle agradable : neverita con botellas de agua en la habitación. Desayuno OK.

En reformas sin avisar a los clientes
Lamentablemente el hotel no es como en las fotos ni como explican en la descripción. El edificio está en reformas exteriores (lleno de andamios) y olía a pintura dentro de mi habitación. Pienso que debería informarse previamente a los clientes mientras se están haciendo reformas y que el precio de la habitación debería rebajarse debido a esas incomodidades.

I stayed this accommodation from last Monday to Wednesday for 2 nights. I found a bug that I have never seen before. I just killed it. A week later, I got a lots of skin rashes (literally so many rashes) on my limbs. It was bed bugs. I wouldn’t say the accommodation is dirty as the staff changes the bedding and towel everyday. However whole bed frames in this accommodation should be replaced as new one! I guess all the rooms have the bed bugs. It’s not worth it to stay here. Price isn’t matter for this issue.

Frankly speaking, the most attractive point for this hotel is the location. It is very convenient to me to go everywhere in London as it is located in the heart of the city. As the room fee is very competitive comparing with the near hotel, I have no compaint to the overall service. However, I hope the hotel could provide the hair-dryer to the customer in nearly future as it is very basic item for the hotel room. It is very uncomfortable to me without the hair-dryer, it means I could not clean my hair after the long day.

Listen, if you’re not going to live in your hotel room during your visit this is the place for you. We came here to sleep, shower and change and spent most of our days exploring. We had a 3 night stay and only on one of the days did we not have hot water. Slight issue but manageable. You’re within walking distance of transport that gets you to all the tourist areas. You’ve got plenty of shopping options. Location wise it was perfect and was a budget friendly option in comparison to other properties in the area. Would recommend if you’re not going to pick at everything your room is not. look at it as the bare necessities when traveling and it’s perfect.

Room stank of stale beer. Only hot water in shower, no cold. No plug in basin. TV not plugged in and could not find socket. Wallpaper peeling off wall. Light switch coming off wall. Comfortable bed though. Shame about the rest.

Could do better.
On arrival, I was sent into the basement to find my room, but it wasn't there. On going into the room, it was a bit cold. There was no hot water until the evening. I had to transfer water from the bathroom tap into the kettle with a glass. The light switch was not near the bed. There was quite a bit of noise from the road and also I got woken several times through the night by the noise of next-door room. I found that there was poor TV reception on some stations (such as BBC1) and the remote control would not switch the TV off and volume buttons and some other buttons did not respond. The keys provided would not open the main front door and room key (No.18) was not easy to operate. Otherwise, my morning shower was good with soap and gel provided,.and the three staff I met were very nice.

It’s an ok place
If you’re looking for somewhere to stay it’s good. It’s very simple, old, needs updating but functionable to save money. It’s walking distance to many places. Staff is very helpful & courteous.
