Overall a pleasant experience. Close to everything or most things that you’d want to see in London as a tourist. Quite a few restaurants / eateries in close proximity to the property. It is more aptly a bed and breakfast and not so much of a hotel . There is not a real lobby or restaurants on site. They have a check in area with a table and two Loungers and a window bench. That’s pretty much it for Lobby. Rooms are on the very small size. We had two suit cases and if you open both, besides your bed, that’s pretty much the room. Washroom is equally small with a tiny wash basin but has Molton Brown Toiletries.
Overall , if you want to be close to the strand, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Covent Garden, Soho, Chasing Cross, shopping and dining but don’t mind extremely small quarters , you be pleasantly surprised. If you are expecting a hotel, especially if you are from North America, you may be disappointed with the size of the room and the toilet.
