Anillo de boda perdido
Todo iba bien en el Hotel hasta que en la mañana del día anterior a mi salida, deje el anillo de boda sobre la mesa de noche al lado de la cama, cuando regrese en la noche a la habitación el anillo no estaba allí. Hice el reclamo en recepción, el personal de la noche me dijo que hablarían en la mañana con el Manager para investigar y me darían alguna respuesta. Lo cierto es que en la mañana haciendo el check out pedí hablar con el manager quien ni siquiera ofreció una disculpa por lo ocurrido, su actitud me hace pensar que es común que se pierdan cosas en el hotel. Como ya me iba y tenía que tomar el tren no pude hacer nada más, el manager dijo que me llamaría o enviaría un email para darme alguna explicación. Yo le envié un email a la compañía dueña del hotel dejando constancia de lo ocurrido tampoco recibí una respuesta, es decir, no les importa que haya ocurrido un hurto en su hotel, no se hacen responsables de nada ni para dar por lo menos una disculpa. Estuve investigando y al parecer no hay un organismo regulador de los hoteles en Londres adonde poner una queja, le envíe un email a un organismo de protección al consumidor y me respondieron que pusiera la denuncia en la policía que ellos no podían hacer nada. En fin, les recomiendo que si pueden evitar este hotel lo hagan sino ya saben que pueden perder sus pertenencias y nadie se hará responsable en darles por lo menos una disculpa.

Loss of wedding ring
Good afternoon. I am writing to record the following: I was staying at The Westbourne Hyde Park Hotel from July 06 to July 13. On the morning of July 12, I left the room and I forgot my wedding ring on the nightstand. When I returned to the hotel at night, the ring was not there. I reported the situation at the hotel reception and the person who was there told me that in the next morning he would inform the manager to check the security cameras and investigate. On the morning of July 13, when I was check out of the hotel, nobody told me anything about it. I asked for the manager who, without even offering an apologize, he limited himself to charging the last night pending payment, he told me that the staff had informed to him about the situation and that he will contact me if they will find the ring. I understand that it is not a lot what the manager can do to solve the loss of an object inside the hotel room. However, he should at least offer an apologize and show concern at a possible theft, the indifference of the manager is disrespectful, it shows he was not interested in the facts, so it seems that he is used to hear about these situations. My wedding ring has unquantifiable sentimental value to me. Although I'm 99% sure my ring won't show up, but I want to at least express my angry for my ring's disappearance and the hotel manager's lack of empathy. Today the power of social networks allows us as citizens to give our opinion and inform others so that they are warned.

La cama es muy cómoda. La decoración muy agradable. Los detalles, albornoces, zapatillas, café y té. La ubicación muy buena, al lado de 2 estaciones de metro que te llevan a todas partes. Andando también se pueden hacer algunos recorridos. Hyde Park está al lado y el barrio es muy bonito. También se encuentran tiendas y restaurantes en los alrededores. Y el personal de 10. Nos ayudaron en todo momento, sobre todo con la vuelta al aeropuerto. El transporte se retrasó 1 hora y estuvieron pendientes, incluso llamaron a la empresa, ya que mi inglés es un tanto limitado.

This hotel is convenient to Paddington station which is very convenient for getting around on buses, trains or the underground, and Hyde Park. The hotel room was reasonable size and watched the description. Better than expected.

Jorge,You only booked 2 rooms. You arrived with 5 adults. Therefore we offered a family room with supplement charge to accommodate the 05th person . Its very reasonable and discounted rate.

Terrific hotel - right by Paddington station, walkable to Hyde Park and Kensington, great restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel is on a quiet side street and beautiful inside, with modern facilities and soft luxury towels and sheets. The only possible downside is that they don’t have breakfast, but there’s coffee shops and restaurants steps away (particularly recommend Lauren’s, right around the corner.)

フロントは親切でフレンドリーなので気持ち良く宿泊できました。フライトの都合で2室4泊を急遽3泊にせざるを得なかったが、払戻不可料金だったので当然返金は期待していないものの、万が一乗れなかった場合に最後まで部屋をキープしてもらうようお願いした際も、快く対応してくれて安心した。シングルベッド2台の部屋は広さはないもののキッチンもあり必要十分の設備を備えていた。パディントン駅近くで探したが、快適なホテルに泊まれて本当に良かった。

I’ve stayed at this hotel for many years. The staff are always extremely professional and friendly. It’s convenient for Paddington and the Central line. Food options are a little limited close by, but the rooms all have fridges and microwaves so you can stock up at M&S at Paddington and have a night in!

Very good location - property was quiet - room a little on the small side but it had everything I needed. Have a small kitchenette is a huge plus so highly recommend this hotel!!!
