Me gustó la atención del personal, la comodidad de la cama y el servicio que acompañaba para desayunar con cafetera, galletas, y café soluble que daban todos los días, al igual que los geles y champús diarios. Me gustó disponer de un frigorífico pequeño para poder administrarnos comidas o bebidas nuestras No me gustó, no poder disponer de un mando para la tv, ya que el mando estaba orientado a una tv privada, y no podía acceder a los puertos usb ni hdmi para poder ver alguna película en la tv. Tan solo 15-20 canales de tv inglesa. En general todo un acierto.

De acuerdo a las expectativas
El hotel está muy bien. La habitación bastante amplia. Tiene heladerita y cafetera. La limpieza muy bien. El personal muy amable. La única contra fue que el colchón no era firme como me gusta a mí. Pero por lo demás todo perfecto.

Buena ubicación para desplazarse por Londres, ya que la estación de Stratford está a poco más de 5 minutos. Hotel muy confortable, moderno y limpio.

The rooms are really modern, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is very nice and it is provided with a very pleasant zen garden. I couldn't have asked for more.

Un muy buen hotel. Entre zona dos y tres pero super bien comunicado. Relajaba bastante salir del bullicio de Londres ciudad después de todo el día sin parar.

Hotel muy cómodo de tamaño medio. Personal amable. Es muy nuevo y funcional. Está algo lejos del centro pero está muy bien comunicado. El metro está a 5 min y es la Central Line por lo que solo se tarda 20-25 minutos llegar al centro o enlazar con las principales línea. El paquete con cena incluida es muy barato y la cena está muy bien. El ambiente del comedor es muy acogedor.

El mejor hotel!
El mejor hotel, muy cómodo y bien ubicado cerca del transporte y muy buen trato por el personal, todos son muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar para todo lo que se necesite en la estancia. La comida es excelente y siempre nos dieron un servicio de Calidad.

This is a nice little hotel which is conveniently located in Stratford, just a short walk from Stratford station (with several connections into central London), Westfield, and the Olympic Park. It takes around 30-40 minutes to get to central depending on where exactly you're heading. My room was quite compact, but the space was used pretty well, and the bed was very comfortable; I slept well. There were a couple of minor cleanliness issues - a hair in the sink when I arrived, a couple of small stains on the edge of the duvet - but nothing so serious as to cause me a concern or worth complaing about. The bathroom had a quite unpleasant smell most of the time though, for some reason! Again, not serious, but a bit strange. I did also find the room a touch cold, even after playing with the a/c, but not uncomfortably so. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would consider returning in future.

We had a good one night stay. We would have liked a proper dinner but were unaware that we could order from another restaurant for delivery before we ordered our pizza. We would have liked somewhere comfortable to sit to have a drink in the evening. The breakfast was good. Staff very pleasant. Perhaps a few sofas dotted around would ebcourage people to stay for a drink.

The staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean and bed very comfortable. Only a few minutes from Stratford Rail Station and ideally situated for the ABBA voyage concert. The room was quiet, and there was everything you would ever want for breakfast, excellent, (self service) but run very efficiently again with friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Working stay
Working in Westfield shopping centre this hotel is only 10mins away. Really nice room and very clean. The room has a lot of mirrors as a feature but unfortunately room 106 had several broken mirrors which gave it bad luck before the stay had started. Extra positive as much as you get a little noise from people walking past your door (which is understandable )you do not get anything from the next room ie toilet or tv noise. Only negative would be it’s sold having a bar and restaurant, did try and get a pint after working 14hours only to find it’s has cans or bottles bar only this then put me directly off having any food as that could also just be a ding frozen meal. House keeping 11 out of 10 well done 👍 Did not see or get any offers of parking so parked in the shopping centre £16 for 24hours. Over all would recommend for the stay if you are eating and drinking elsewhere.

An old building which has been updated to a very high standard. Our room was compact but had sufficient space to accommodate us for our two night stay. The bathroom was spotless. We loved our balcony. Although on a busy road the rooms are set back from the road and so quiet. Indeed our room was very quiet and we weren't aware of neighboring rooms. Controlling lights and heat was straightforward. The handle on our bathroom door was very stiff. A huge variety at breakfast and of good quality. Breakfast room was large and had attentive staff . Only a 6 minute walk to Stratford underground and international station and Westfield shopping mall.

Fantastic for the price in London. Right 2 minute walk from Stratford station so really close to Westfield for shopping too. Upgraded my room for free which was a great surprise, best sleep I had in a while!

We loved our night staying here, the young blondish concierge gentelman was an absolute prize and made us so welcome, i believe his name started with a B, he deserves the biggest shout out. We were also staying at the hilton Gantry for a few days before and decided we wanted to check out some other stays in the area and we were not disappointed, the bed was more comfy and the dressing gown and towels were softer. Great stay.

Hotel prossimo a Stratford con molte opzioni di collegamento sia verso i quartieri centrali di Londra che con gli aeroporti. Nella stessa zona vi è anche un enorme centro commerciale. Camera moderna con qualche segno degli anni, pulita e di dimensioni superiori rispetto alla media di londinese per pari categoria. Ha parte l'utilizzo della camera non ho usufrito dei servizi dell'hotel e non posso esprimere un giudizio. Il personale alla reception gentile e disponibile
