Hotel súper bien situado. Es muy cómodo para ir y volver. Esta bien reformado y el personal es muy amable. No nos fijamos al reservar el desayuno que no incluía English breakfast y lo tienes que pagar a parte, y es bastante caro.

En verdad es un hotel de 4 Estrellas. Y cumple con todo lo ofrecido, la ubicación es fantástica y la zona de primera y tranquila. Esta renovado adecuado a su estilo de Construcción Amabilidad y buen gusto.

Disgusting not higenic rooms
Disgusting! The rooms are falling appart and the cleaning is absolutely absent to the level of lack of higine. After complaining I was allocated to another room (at least, the receptionist was nice and helpful), the new room had not central heating just a small heater and the cleaning conditions were still horrible (pictures attached).

Al llegar nos dieron una habitacion en la parte del sótano a la que apenas llegaba luz natural, estaba llena de humedad, muebles en mal estado y no ofrecía los servicios ofertados en la página web. Tras transmitirles nuestra decepción nos cambiaron a una habitación algo mejor. Como puntos a favor destacaría la ubicación del hotel (sólo 10 min andando al Palacio de Buckingham y 25 min hasta el parlamento o Piccadilly), que las habitaciones tienen baño privado, la amabilidad de la chica de recepción que nos cambió la habitación y el desayuno no está mal. Los principales contras son la mala relación calidad/precio en comparación con los hoteles en España, mantenimiento nulo (humedades en paredes, losas sueltas, enchufes rotos incluso dentro del baño, moqueta en mal estado, etc), los colchones son de muelles incomodísimos (al tumbarte te hundes completamente y se te clavan alambres por todas partes), las habitaciones son algo pequeñas y, al menos las que yo vi, no se parecían demasiado a las fotos. Espero que este comentario ayude tanto a los posibles nuevos clientes como al hotel si es que está interesado en mejorar.

Hotel viejo, incomodo, para ir al Segundo piso hay que subir al tercero en elevador y bajar gradas al Segundo, habitacion fea a mi gusto. No volvería. Eso si el personal sumamente servicial y amable.

The Tophams was such a great hotel for our first time in London. The bed was extremely comfortable, the tub was amazing to soak in each night and the heated towel bar with robes and slippers made it even mor luxurious! The hotel is very close to Victoria Station which made it very easy to use the tube around the city. Lots of pubs nearby and the best Ramen I’ve ever had at Bone Daddy’s! We will definitely be back! The hotel was also great about letting us leave our bags before check in to explore this city, and also before our late flight after our check out time. The staff were very nice, and it was incredibly quiet at all times of the day which made resting even better. Our stay couldn’t have been any better. Thank you Topham’s staff!

This hotel was so beautiful and comfortable! They were so accommodating to my disabled grandmother, who is in a wheelchair, making sure she had a room on the ground floor. The reception staff were so friendly and kind, they made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of plugs to charge devices, and it is a fantastic location near Victoria station for access to the rest of London. We would absolutely stay here again.

What I DID NOT LIKE is that I booked a room with a double or queen bed as it was showing on the photo, for a single person. Then when I got there, the reception person gave me the smallest room I have ever seen in my life, it was like a prison cell, or smaller, with the smallest single bed next to the dirty wall. The receptionist was very unpleasant, and unfriendly, she should absolutely not be working at the front desk of any business with that attitude. I ignored her attitude, but my friend who came to meet me from far away, happed to be with me during my checking in, and she later commented how rude the reception person was I thought was just my perception, but it was actually very obvious and deliberate. Later, after I spent an hour in the "prison" like room, and went back to my booking, where I clearly booked a double bed with double pillows, I went back to reception to ask for a bigger room. Even thought I was only going to stay there overnight, I could not sleep in that room, and I did not pay cheep price for the room either. So, luckily the next receptionist fro the night shift was absolutely lovely and she agreed that according to my booking I did not book a single bed. I would NEVER book a single bed. She validated that my room was extremely small, and not appropriate, and she gave me a decent room. That lady, the one who worked the night shift should be the front face of the hotel, professional, pleasant, and with excellent attitude. She should be promoted!

Don’t fall for the pics like I did. The room was very tiny. The room I chose was to have two twin beds, however there was no room between them. The room was so small, I had to place my suitcase on the floor in front of the door while my daughter used the area directly in front of the bathroom. The Hallway was also small and extremely narrow. Floors are very uneven. This place must have been built with Hobbits in mind as guests. Would definitely never stay here again. For the price there are far better options in London. False advertising, shame on you Tophams.

Cozy room and great location
We had a lovely time at Tophams hotel. The room was super cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The only “complaint” we have is that there was this intermittent noise all day and night long (I think it was the heater working on and off), but we would turn on the white noise in our phones and sleep like babies. Thank you for your hospitality!

Tolles Hotel
In einem ruhigen Viertel nahe der Victoria Station liegt das charmante Hotel Tophams. Neu renoviert, schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal und ein sehr grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Super Hotel mit toller Lage
Wir (2 Familien) haben unser London Wochenende hier verbracht. (4 Zimmer, 8 Erwachsene) Bei der Buchung war ich ein bisschen skeptisch, da sehr viele negative Bewertungen im Internet zu finden sind. Das Hotel tritt jedoch in einem ganz neuen Glanz auf. Mit viel Charm, viel Liebe zum Detail, neuen Zimmern und einem sehr reichhaltigen Buffet wird man hier willkommen geheissen. Die Superior Zimmer sind für britische Verhältnisse gross. Die Lage ist super. Toller Ausgangspunkt, ruhig und gleich bei der Victoria Station! Bewertungen, die vor 2023 verfasst wurden, können Sie ohne Problem ignorieren. Wir kommen wieder ;)

Very clean comfortable room, although a little on the small side, had everything we could ask for and we will definitely return. Staff all very polite and friendly.

The location was great - easy walk to plenty of London action. And the hotel is cute as heck. Room was a little small compared to American standards but this is London. Big city with space constraints in an old building. So enjoy the quaint experience and enjoy the lovely stay at Tophams! The lobby will make you want to hang for a bit before going out the door to explore.
