This might seem petty to some people but the fact that they charge $7.00 a day to park in the parking lot is ridicules . As a Hilton honors member I find this fee unacceptable

Main entrance was in a weird spot and one elevator seemed to be on the fritz but otherwise a great experience overall. Close to everything. Good price. Nice features and amenities in the room.

Very disappointed with the over all condition of the property, the room smelt so poorly that I had to go buy air fresheners the pool wasn’t very clean breakfast looked completely unappetizing. All the work and energy is gone into the front lobby to give off the impression, but the rooms are poorly taken care of, and cleaned.

There was sugar ants in our room, the bar was out of a lot of alcoholic beverages, they use these pod mixers that are nasty. House keeping came super early, around 8:30am which isnt that bad but Ive never had that happen before.

Aj was awesome checking us in, he really is a Gem and we loved him! Checking out there were 2 ladies but they both were helping one person, it wasnt until 6 people lined up that she opened up her line! We reported a noise complaint and she asked my husband if he called the people and ask them to stop(no thats why we informed you) then when I got down there i mentioned the noise and she said that they could take care of the noise complaint if we reported it, well my husband reported it and you asked if we had called the people! Paying $17 for 3 slices of bacon scrambled eggs and cold potatoes and coffee was way too much for sub par food, we ended up checking out early and got breakfast at a restaurant that was cheaper than yall and great food!

Perfect for the occasion
We were there to attend a Christmas concert at LeTourneau University. The attendant at the desk gave excellent directions for getting across town to LeTourneau.. This was an excellent accommodation--all good! Breakfast offered lots of choices; but wish we'd have chosen the made-to-order omelets instead of the already prepared scrambled eggs.

Very clean. Bed was not comfortable and I was rolling toward the middle of bed. They have a breakfast buffet that you have to pay $14 pp for but not stocked.

The only real downside is the paying for parking. The hotel is nice and even though the pool is "still closed", overall a good experience.

There was an overpowering odor when we entered the room. We don't know if it was a strong cleaner they use or some other chemical they used in the room. We never got used to it. It was so bad I bought room spray, and that didn't help much. We noticed the smell from other rooms when we were walking by. My daughters pillow had what we thought looked like a blood stain, the window blind was broken and hanging there, the floor was dirty, it hadn't been swept. I asked the front desk to have someone sweep the floor and I also let them know about the blind. Housekeeping came up and did everything BUT sweep the floor, they made the beds and traded the towels. Someone fixed the blind. Even though it wasn't a bad thing to do those things I didn't need or ask for those things to be done, I wanted the Dorito's and all the crumbs that were left on the floor from whoever was there before us. They evidently don't sweep behind the sliding door to the bathroom because it was filthy. What else are they not cleaning?! If not something as noticeable as the floor. I asked a second time if the floor could be swept and someone did come up to sweep.The walls are so thin that we had to listen to the T.V. that was left on overnight in the room next to us. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and won't be back.

I booked our room through Expedia. We were supposed to have a roll-in shower and free breakfast. No roll-in shower, no free breakfast. No complementary water bottles, either, when we checked in. No ice on the first floor. AJ was kind enough to get us some from the bar. Our waitress at breakfast was super sweet. Wish I could remember her name. We had a comfortable bed to sleep in, but disappointed I didn’t get what I booked well ahead of time.

Very nice hotel. Has made to order breakfast at the restaurant but a small buffet if you need a quick meal. Also offers togo. Has a bar as well! Hotel was very busy due to power outage in Longview and I was glad to have a cozy room to stay in. Has indoor pool but it was being renovated. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Room smells like gasoline. When asked about the small, the employee brushed it off by saying it was just toilet cleaner solution and the house keeping just worked on it. Smells the same after nearly 6 hrs.

Similar to Comfort Inn, but more expensive.
I expected a higher quality than a “Comfort Inn”. Especially with the price difference. We stayed at a Comfort Inn the last time we were here. We were not charged for parking and not charged for continental breakfast. I’m surprised I wasn’t charged extra for the coffee I had. We won’t be back to this location and likely won’t use Hilton Garden again anywhere.
