La verdad todo estuvo muy bien, sólo que decidieron arreglar el cuarto pido, justo donde nos encontrábamos nosotros muy temprano. Siento que es una falta de respeto a los huéspedes y más cuando vas de vacaciones y con niños chiquitos.

Buen Hotel a precio razonable en Beverly Hills
Buen hotel en buena zona, a precio razonable. Lo único que no me gustó es la primera vez que me sucede es que las habitaciones no cuentan con caja de seguridad. Sin ese inconveniente en general es buen hotel. hay un starbucks dentro del hotel tiene restaurante. Frente al hotel hay un super que venden de todo tipo de alimento y refrescos y como tienes refrigerador (pequeño) y microondas te puedes ahorrar unos dolares en desayunos o cenas.

Our stay couldn’t have been more enjoyable. Every single staff was beyond pleasant and accommodating. We requested an early check in and they had a room waiting for us upon arrival. The onsite restaurant was fantastic with a wide variety for breakfast and dinner. My daughter left her blanket behind and when I called the staff had it and said we could send a label and they would ship to us. The general manager contacted me himself ensuring me they would get it sent out. Fantastic location and walking distance to mall. Very clean, but staff and service were above and beyond.

The location is great, within walking distance of Westfield Mall. However, the noise from outside traffic due to single-pane windows and thin walls that let in voices and footsteps are significant drawbacks. Additionally, the swaying shower head is inconvenient, and it would be nice to have body lotion provided in the room.

Nothing very unique it was pretty basic and clean. The shower was tricky, it was hard to turn on and to turn the shower on you had to reach all the way to the back of the shower and when you turned it on you got wet with really cold water

Great property. Renovated and modern. Nice big spacious rooms. Modern and updated bathroom. Bistro serves Starbucks coffee and good breakfast. A bit pricey however. Valet parking was very convenient and same price as self. Odd number rooms face a noisy road so make sure to get a room away from the road noise.

It’s just ok. You get what you pay for here. There is no in room lotion, the gym is open air on one side so it’s cold in the morning. The traffic is as loud as putting a bed in the freeway median. Cramped quarters.

Staff was especially helpful except for evening front desk woman who was not helpful, and was rude. She kept repeating over and over a sentence that made no sense. When l asked to speak with someone else, anyone else - she said she was the only person there. At 6pm on a weekday, l know that was not true. Probably on Thursday., Dec 7.
