no limpian las habitaciones, y ni dejan toallas ,papel higinico nada todo habia que pedir y se demoraban en llevarlas habia que llamar algunas veces

Hotel en excelentes condiciones, cuartos y lobby con renovacion reciente, muy bien. Area local muy recomendable, vias de acceso, tranquilidad, seguridad, restaurantes, etc.

Limpieza, calidad del servicio, servicio del hotel todo muy bueno. El personal correcto y muy amables, educados y cordiales. La ubicación del hotel, acorde a lo que buscábamos, con fácil accesos y muy lindo entorno.

Unfortunately the room lacked toilet paper and the coffee machine did not work. Otherwise every thing else was fine besides the incredible traffic. I had to move to another hotel because I've had three cornea transplants and the air quality irritated my operated eye, terribly. I am, however, hugely grateful that the hotel staff allowed me to switch to a different hotel. This was so kind and I am forever appreciative.

Hotel accommodation were excellent. I wanted to stay more days and it was a smooth transition. I did have a little trouble with room key but other than that, it was a good stay 👍. Staff very friendly 😊

This is a great option in Diamond Bar. There is a nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast is not included however.

The room was clean, with nice bedding. However, the mattress was a bit old & dipped in the center so it was hard for my old father to get out of the bed easily. The hotel was very responsive to delivering fresh towels and any other items we needed for the room. The entire staff was friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, our room was located right outside the highway so it was noticeable & never quiet in our room. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again.

It is a great hotel to stay when you travel to east LA. The room is clean and cozy. There is nothing to complain about, but the price is higher than before since they don't include free breakfast, and the increased price might make it hard to compete with other hotels nearby.

The stay was great I had a problem with the water in my room and they switch my room with no problem and the rooms are clean the first one room I was in I felt was a little clean than the second one the water pressure at this place was not good very slow and light one good thing they have free parking
