No limpian las habitaciones.
El hotel muy bonito, en un lugar que me gusto mucho. Pero tienen un gran problema. No limpian las habitaciones y si uno se acerca a recepción para pedir el aceo sólo contestan que por políticas COVID se limpia cada 4 días. Al llegar el cuarto día me dicen que es hasta el quinto día por que el día de llegada no cuenta. Finalmente accedieron a limpiar la habitación al cuarto día. Tienen muy poco personal y se está descuidando lo más importante. A los huespedes si esa es su política es necesario que lo aclaren al reservar, así uno tomará su decisión.

Nuestra política de limpieza se divulga en nuestro sitio web, al momento de la reserva, dentro de su correo electrónico de confirmación, nuevamente en su correo electrónico previo a la llegada, en el check-in a través del agente de recepción y nuevamente en una carta que se encuentra en cada habitación. Veremos de qué otra manera podemos comunicar esto en el futuro. Y sí, tenemos muy poco personal, pero hemos estado tratando de cubrir más de 20 puestos vacantes, pero aún no hemos recibido una solicitud. Gracias de nuevo, ¡genial!

Los huéspedes pueden modificar el horario según sus preferencias en el momento del check-in, por lo que me disculpo si esto no se discutió a su llegada a Guest Services. What a scam. My family had unique circumstances, and these money-grubbers stole from us. Unbelievable. We never even stayed at the location. It was a booking error on their part through Expedia. Shame on you, Hyatt. Managers who have no foresight. Will NEVER stay here, ever, and will make sure people know to NEVER stay at this property.

Good Morning Brian, not sure what the hotel did to deserve this ire. But the hotel can not book reservation through Expedia you would have to do that directly with them by phone or online. We also wouldn't have any foresight into them again as these reservations wouldn't be for us.

Hotel look good and comfortable, staff are nice,I’m not very happy that guests are charged parking fees in the hotel’s parking lot, and there are no racks in the guest rooms.

The senior management is incredibly rude! Problems with asking for a considering on hidden fees & then spent 3 hours with a room that heater not working before finally getting another room

Hi John, If you go to Expedia's site and click on policies the pee fee is listed there, you can also find it located on the hotels site directly no hidden fees anywhere. Have a good day.

"View" was of a heating duct and roof. Bathtub didn't drain properly and had rust ring. They did not reset clocks so we were woken up before 6am by prior guest's alarm. Building is run down and dated. Staff did not even ask how our stay was.

Our room had a backed up toliet when we checked in. Had to move to another room. Also no reason we should be charged for bottle water that is already provided in the room

Most everything was great. Sadly the bed was terribly worn out, so bad that it was painfully easy to feel a dip in the mattress where ones midsection rests. I couldn’t sleep well at all on this mattress, stayed two nights and both were terrible even tho I switched rooms. Both rooms had equally bad mattresses. Everything else was good but I would never consider coming back unless I knew that they had replaced the mattresses.
