It was a unique experience staying in a pod in LA. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was great and the property was very clean. The neighborhood surrounding the property was a little off putting when I first arrived but I quickly was made to feel safe and comfortable once I was inside the property itself.

GAVE THIS LADY 300 DOLLARS OFF HER RESERVATION. CLOSED THE MOVIE THEATER FOR HER SO HER AND HER HUSBAND CAN HAVE PRIVACY. GAVE THEM THERE OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM Wow IN SHOCK RT NOW.

Despite the rain, the staff went out of their way to keep things simple. I enjoyed the coffin/pod setups but the place wasn't that busy. He did say that as long as people respect their rules that things go smoothly even when busy. I would like to see more welcoming common areas but appreciated the charger in the kitchen and how emaculate the place was. would like to see this type of setup in an industrial space or setup in an asymmetric fashion as they hopefully expand. Little expensive, but it was a holiday weekend, thanks again! (:am

Great place to stay for travelers looking for hostels. Each pod is secured and locked with its own card. Once door is closed, you have your own space to rest and relax, much better than normal hostels which often disturbed by other travelers. Cleanliness is excellent and host Kevin is very helpful. Location is easily assessable by bus and rideshare. I saw some comments saying the area is not good. But I am from Toronto so it is totally fine by me. It's LA, the whole place look like this except Beverly Hills. LOL

Kevin was super friendly and accommodating. The pods were surprisingly spacious (~4x4x6 ft) and comfortable. Movie room with large TV and massage chair/recliners. Kitchen access with fridge and microwave but no stove. No parking is inconvenient for those traveling by car. Street also floods when it rains.

The property was incredible value, in the property felt safe, clear rules and guidelines, the pods were excellent. Super restful stay! Kevin was an excellent host would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. The only downside was relied on rideshares more than I would have liked to because of the location of the property. This is not their problem I chose to stay there. Definitely worth the price you pay!

Great experience
Staff and property were amazing. First time in hostel type stay. Neighborhood looks discouraging when you are getting close but I never felt scared of being there. Quiet area. I’m 6’2 so pod was almost not big enough. It is hard to be quiet getting in and out of pods and for me at least it seemed to make it worse when I tried harder to be quiet. For me I was just trying to be respectful to anyone else there and that was difficult. Decent size list of rules to follow but nothing difficult or out of line for a shared space. Would book again if staying in the area.

Very aesthetically pleasing, the host Kevin is very friendly and helpful. The shower is amazing as well. Bed is very comfy, it’s really chill to have a pod space. Would definitely recommend

You rented a twin size pod. When checking in there is option for bigger pod. You picked a twin size bed. Lol. It’s a standard size twin mattress lol

As a person who lived in this place for 6 days, I can tell that the hotel can be a perfect place for any single travelers. The overall environment is super clean and tidy, each pod looks very cool, it has great light effects , a very soft comfortable bed and a TV in individual pod. You can watching many free movies here. I am so appreciative for Kevin, a super nice, kind and enthusiastic guy who is really care about all customers and put a lot of effort in it.You will never need to worry about any problem of your first time of living in a pod. He will guide you. This place almost has everything, even have much more items than some bigger hotels. They also have a beautiful movie room and a dining room, both of them are clean and comfort and bring lots of fun. Shower water always hot (I definitely sure about that), they have very clean fridges, indoor and outdoor TV, free plastic tableware and so on. It shocked me that a small place can have so many things inside with good quality. However, this hotel may not suitable for everyone. They only allow one person sleep in each pod so that is not good for couples. Also remember DONNOT BRING BIG/HUGE PACKAGES, or you will have a big mess. Also this place has lots of rules, for people who don’t want complex things may not suitable for living here. Although Kevin try his best to not assign people in a same room, still it’s possible for you to share your bathroom with another stranger. Overall, I recommend every single traveler try

Stayed here before a race and had a great night’s sleep! Surprisingly comfortable for a first stay in a pod. Would highly recommend for those under 5’9”, much taller and you’d be uncomfortable.

This place is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had on this app far as hospitality and accommodation. They were above and beyond. You don’t just go here and get a bed, you go here and get an experience you can only get here in all u.s. of a. I’m definitely visiting again next time I need peace and quiet.

The pods have comfy beds, pillows, and sheets. Staff was excellent and made sure to keep everything as neat and clean as possible. Shout out to Kevin. There are convenience stores and dine-in food places well within walking distance, so that was a plus. Aside from that, the outdoor lounge area is a great bonus for those who just want to chill and watch a movie for the evening. Overall, my experience was great, expectations were met and surpassed, and I look forward to returning in the near future.

7/10 The security is precise and reliable so that you can stay safe. Unfortunately, this hotel is capsule-type, so you might be disturbed by some noise from other guests. They order you to pay an additional $10 per day as a cleaning fee. But the host sometimes doesn't work, and you may have to use the same bath towel for 2-3 days. Therefore, I need help understanding about $10 per day. Moreover, there is only 1 hair dryer for all of the bathrooms. However, the host is very gentle and calm, and the area is so quiet. I may repeat here next. Note: They have 2 kitchens, but you can only use microwaves.

The guests didn’t understand the situation , she was upgraded to a private room. Not the shared dorm. She had a closet. Towels are provided ANYTIME YOU ASK US FOR ONE , if you stay in shared dorm ,you receive a new towel daily, as there is no place to hang one. As far as cleaning fee look at every review will say place is spotless. It’s a shared place. People constantly make messes that we are on top of the second it happens.

Really cool concept! The location was clean, quiet, and in amazing condition. The indoor and outdoor "theaters" were reqlly copl, though I was too busy to enjoy~ The pods themselves were a little cramped length-wise for me at 5'9" but it was manageable. HIGHLY recommend if you're spending time in LA!

Excellent place to stay!
In summary, my experience was quite positive, taking all aspects into account. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. However, one inconvenience was the need to store my belongings in lockers on the first floor, requiring multiple trips to access them. The staff members were incredibly helpful and accommodating. On the downside, there was a consistent issue with the owner notifying me via text whenever I forgot to close a door. While I understand the desire to maintain the property, the constant surveillance felt uncomfortable. To my surprise, the manager, recognizing my frequent forgetfulness, upgraded me to a deluxe room at no additional cost. This room was notably more spacious and comfortable, eliminating the need for reminders about door closures. Despite this minor issue, the staff was warm and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. I'm satisfied with my choice and would certainly consider returning if I revisit Los Angeles on a budget

Thanks for staying glad you enjoyed as I mentioned to you before. We asked that short term rentals and luggage that comes from out of country stay away from sleeping area capsules for sanitary reasons.
