Literally the nicest office workers I’ve ever had at a hotel. Lovely lady with the pink hair was a dream. They were so genuinely nice and helpful.

Outdate simple place for short stay
Outdoor area was nice and clean however interior is very outdated. I could hear people walking in above room as floor boards were squeaky. Service was good and people at the reception very accomodating.

Took my money and didn't let me stay And so far no refund because theyvtold me over the phone 150 cash deposit and got there at 12pm and nothing. Paid up front and got ripped off

As I checked in the room isolated and with a strong smell of old cigarette, the room was clean but, Even though it was, still needs a major renovation!!! I had spent only one hour and decided to go somewhere else!!!

The parking was extremely dangerous, narrow places not alligned with the entrance. I got out of my car a half dozen times to avoid denting it or another car. I realized when I arried that I didn't need the second night but they would not and said could not refund the second night. The room was extremely small and the bath room was the size of a broom closet. The shower drain plate was not attached. and one's foot would on into the drain. If someone lost a ring while showering it would have gone down the drain and never be seen again. There was a 3/4 inch gap under the door which lizards or any kind of bugs could get through and the a 1/2 gap around the sides. There was a light just outside the door and it all came through at night, making it difficult to sleep. The bed had a metal shell around it so bumping into it made a lot of naise. The sound from the party abobe me came right through the ceiling and every time they got out of bed they kicked the metal shield around their bed which sounded like cymbals. Also the headboard banged against the wall whenever I turned my head and the room was so small you couldn't pull out the drawers in the chest which was placed right next to it. This was a horible experience. I'd like the second night refunded as I didn't stay. I'd prefer not to take this up with my Visa card bank.

Family owned motel, nice personnel and clean atmosphere. However they missed somewhere that travellers expect more nowadays, the rooms are noisy (the doors are zero isolated so all traffic noise is in your room) and the fridge is right next to your bed, being a noisy roommate from time to time (only solution: unplug). Besides these low hanging fruit improvements the price is reaonable in relation to this area where hotel rates are sky high.

I liked that this hotel was close to the Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center. We needed a place to rest our heads, and this was a great choice for the price. I recommend it for those traveling through town.

Clean but small quarters
Very clean and comfortable, though The room was cramped and awkwardly laid out (about half of it was a rectangle space off to the side for a set of drawers, mini-fridge & chair). the bathroom quite small (no space for toiletries). Not enough room between the bed & bathroom for a second nightstand. I had asked for a room floor, as both my husband & I have limited mobility, so we were given this room that didn’t seem ADA compliant. If those are your needs I recommend asking in advance. No in-room coffee or tea, but they offer a Keurig in the lobby. No continental breakfast, though pastries & fruit arrived at the lobby around 9 a.m. as we were getting ready to check out. We slept well, which was helpful for our day spent at nearby UCLA hospital.

Our "basic room" that you stayed in does happen to be our smallest ones, but we do try our hardest to make sure furnishings are done efficiently to ensure there is plenty of room for mobility. I do sincerely apologize for the inconveniences but am also glad to hear that there were some aspects you were able to enjoy. This place sucks!
This place was definitely not up to par as far as being a comfortable stay. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing on either side of any wall. The Wi-Fi signal completely sucks and will keep kicking you off. The water coming out of the faucets smell like rotten eggs. This place was not it. I had to leave after one night and get a refund for the rest of the nights I had booked there.

Amire was helpful & welcoming.Nice little complex . Vintage ish. Could use a few more amenities . For ex. A mini 2 cup coffee maker .A couple of hooks for hanging up a coat etc. Working & accessible outlets. Beds must have been upgraded ,very comfortable.

I have no way of proving this but one of the staff members definitely stole one of my girlfriends thongs that she left out when the staff cleaned our room. Honestly didn’t even want them to so idk why they did. And the staff members are perverted. I left my girlfriends and her friends alone and one of the staff members was staring at them and waving at them like an absolute CREEP. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, had nice rooms, and it was overall alright. But never in a million years would I stay there again if the same staff is still working at this INN

Francisco, I first of all would like to thank you for staying with us. I can assure you that our cleaning staff are honest people and always report leftover belongings. If you would like, you can call to see if any of your belongings were returned to the lost and found. Second, our front desk staff are trained to be friendly and welcoming to all guests. If you and your friends felt uncomfortable at any point by their actions, I deeply apologize for that. Please understand that their intentions were the opposite of that. Since it seems you enjoyed the room part at least, we sincerely hope you change your mind and you allow us to host you again at a discounted rate.
