Recomendable !!! Excelente ubicación
Todo muy bien. Lo único que no se me hizo correcto es que me cobren el estacionamiento. Nunca me había tocado que en un hotel en donde me hospedara, me cobrarán el estacionamiento. Pero en general y fuera de eso, todo bien. Lo mejor, es la ubicación, es magnífica.

What I didn't like about the property were all the extra charges: $45 daily for parking, $25 for using the resort.

El hotel está bien ubicado y las habitaciones son modernas. No tiene desayuno. Wifi es un desastre, deberían indicar que NO tiene internet.

We love Ocean View Hotel
We love this hotel! Our flight was delayed a couple of hours so we have to call to ask them if they can help us and receive us past midnight and they were very kind, thats just the beginning. The room was very comfortable, big, clean, we rest as a babies haha. In other hands, literally you are in front of santa Monica beach, just you need to cross the street, down the stairs and feel the sand in your feet. I have no doubt that we going to come back to this hotel in our next visit to LA. PS i cant remember the name of the staff at check in and check out but we love their attention! Thank you!

I'd like to express my appreciation to Mr. Cristian Morales and Ms. Joy at the front desk. Cristian is very helpful, patient, sincere, efficient and friendly while Joy is also sincere, helpful and friendly. They helped me throughout my entire stay at the hotel. Although the hotel does not have any restaurant, it is a convenient hotel where there are a lot of restaurants nearby, even within 30 second walk.

Nice stay overall. You're ok if you don't plan to stay inside for long because room is small. location is perfect, walk distance to Santa Monica Pier, nice view on the beach. Staff is friendly enough.

We try to be transparent about our fees and when booking with us through Expedia, the price quote does include the fees and mentions that it is paid at the property. We also mention our parking fees on our website and try to be competitive with other establishments in the Downtown Santa Monica area.

All the staff were very friendly and courteous....from the initial check-in process, to the valet, and the cleaning staff.....each providing a very warm feeling of welcome at all hours of the day. Kudos to the management for keeping your employees happy. Your personnel is what sets your establishment at that "next level".
