Las instalaciones del hotel están bien, no es la gran maravilla, pero tiene buen mantenimiento. El tema del estacionamiento es un abuso excesivo pagar más de 50 usd por este rubro. Pagas una tarifa de 42.00 usd. y un extra de 2 impuestos una locura. Hice mi reserva para pagar alrededor de 28 mil pesos y terminé pagando casi 40 mil. Honestamente volver a LA, este hotel no es la opción. Invitado a no regresar

Excelente opción para ir y venir de Universal. Llegamos a dormir, al siguiente día shuttle te lleva a universal y por la tarde el shuttle te regresa y a dormir. Está a 5 minutos de Universal. Por un extra incluye desayuno, snacks and dinner. La atención del equipo de lobby y lounge club excelente. La atención del valet y shuttle ummm no so good.

Me and my family really liked the great service each member of the hotel staff provided us throughout our stay. Everyone was great. Except for one guy who rudely asked me to move my car while i was standing for less than a minute waiting for my wife and kids to hop on.

En general el hotel es lindo y limpio, pese a que las habitaciones no son muy amplias, tienen lo necesario, las camas comodas con suficientes almohadas y todos los días hacen limpieza, cambian las toalla y ponen agua y cafe. El personal amable. Nos fue muy practico porque hay transporte a Universal Studios cada 10 minutos.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel Sheraton fue excelente reserve una habitación con cama King y no había en el momento de nuestra llegada nos cambiar una habitación con dos camas matrimoniales muy cómodo en la habitación y en beneficio nos dieron un pase doble para ir a cenar y desayunar en nuestras estancia de los días

Excelente opción
Todo excelente, si vas a Universal Studio es la opción adecuada, te queda a unos minutos caminando, aunque cuenta con traslados en todo momento. Limpieza excepcional, servicio de café americano Starbucks en la habitación, todo el personal siempre amable y dispuesto a apoyarte. Si llevas vehículo considerar el costo del estacionamiento ya que la tarifa no lo considera y son 40usd adicionales por noche.
