Excelente ubicación, el lugar muy limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario, el personal muy amable y te asisten en todo lo que necesites. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme ahí.

The rooms were nice and so was the hotel and staff. No parking or place to drop off your bags. So you have to find your own parking and it’s roughly 30 a night. That is not included in your room price.

The room was overall fine but street noise can be hear clearly and is usually loud. Additionally, had someone show up to my door claiming they had the room starting that night til May leading to a double booking situation.

A well- maintained property near the city centre. Suite was spacious & well appointed with clean & fresh linen & towels. The kitchen space was very well fitted except for a microwave oven. In room laundry was welcome. However little communication by reservations with housekeeping. Suite was set up for 2 whilst we booked for 4. Waited 3 hours after repeated requests for towels by mail, text, phone & front desk. And parking was a nightmare - it was an absolute rip off despite being surrounded by many parking garages. This makes the property unattractive if arriving by car.

I left my luggage in the locker room inside the lock and then i came back after an hour i found my luggage in out of my locker and opened next to the door i asked the front desk to help me to see on cameras how did that but he was unhelpful and rude i asked him to give me the manger email so i can follow up with him he refused that made fe very worried to stay in this hotel again because is not safe because your own belongs can be stolen and no body will help you from the management

It was spacious and comfortable suite. Was surprised that house keeping only came on Saturday and Sunday of my stay. Front desk people were friendly and nice.

The cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Very comfortable bed, nice staff. The suite was basically a full functioning apartment with a kitchenette, washer and dryer and multiple rooms/areas. Really nice layout. Would stay again.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are large. We loved the hotel and the room. Since it’s more like an apartment you don’t have room service and never engage with anyone. On the downside is the location with a lot of homeless and junkies in the area. Second, it’s extremely noisy and windows are old and poorly soundproof.

Parking in the area is costly. 20 to 30 per night. While there is street parking blocks from the hotel who wants to take a chance on having the rental car broken into. The area surrounding the hotel is downtown LA. This comes with noise at all hours of the night and people sleeping on the street and in doorways. While the location is great especially for a family that needs more room, I will not be staying in the property again.

Staff were excellent! Every time we turned around there was someone cleaning something. Washer/ dryer and full kitchen compliment. Noise from outside and thumping from above kept us up one evening but earplugs were thoughtfully provided. Loved the exposed brick aesthetic. Would recommend happily. Thank you

I had a great stay at Sonder, per usual. I had all the amenities I needed with a kitchen and washer and dryer being clutch. I was there for a week and needed both! The staff were helpful and gracious. There were great food options around the hotel and even food trucks! It was safe and clean. I would stay there again in a minute!

Staff, amenities, the property, quality for the price is fantastic. Common areas and rooms are immaculate. Street noise has been mentioned in some reviews….it is a massive city and you are staying in the middle of it. Ask for a higher floor. 5th floor definitely had background vehicle noise that sounded more like white noise. Parking was only available from pay lots behind the building.

So much noise during the night, people screaming and car traffic noises, could not fall asleep. Downtown LA seems unsafe and dirty as soon as you walk out of the hotel.

The room and facilities were very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. The neighborhood had a lot of homeless people making noise during the night. Also, the automatic lights in the room were annoying - the bathroom light went off when I was showering. But overall a nice big room and decent value.

Our 6 night stay was great! The building was very secure, in a great location. Walking distance to a grocery store so we could grab whatever we needed. There were a few things we were disappointed with, such as, the lack of air conditioning, the windows are original to the building, so we could hear everything on the street, and the constant helicopter activity during the night. We were able to remedy this with the complimentary sound machine, but it was still an inconvenience. The water pressure/ shower head could be better. But all in all, we would definitely stay here again! The staff were very friendly and very responsive.
