Lo unico bueno es que esta cerca de donde tenia yo que ir. La presión del agua en la regadera es muy muy poca, el restaurant NUA tiene un horario que no respetan, él servicio de limpieza de la habitación tebla cobran extra, $40 dolares, me parece excesivo.

Falta dar detalles de limpieza
El hotel es hermoso y súper ubicado, pero no están haciendo el servicio de limpieza en cuartos, solo si lo solicitas con anticipación, pero en ningún momento te lo ofrecen, simplemente no hay nadie que haga el servicio, en una estancia de 3 noches, solo una vez pudieron hacer el cuarto.

Great breakfast, great location, reasonable price,. I could have used the help of a concierge, but the front desk personnel were helpful. I liked the environment. I loved having ALO store across the street to do my yoga because the hotel lacks a fitness room and I definitely have to workout when I travel.

What a great Hotel. The rooms are very simple but with a great decoration. All the people that works there are so friendly. All the time are checking if you need something, really good recommendations about area places that need to visit.

Excelente ubicacion, en general muy bien. Se encuentra en perfecta zona y el hotel esta basico pero en excelentes condiciones. El unico problema es que no tiene estacionamiento.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo
Lo único para criticar en cuanto al servicio, en la recepción nadie te habla español,siendo que al hotel llegan turistas de toda partes del mundo. Por ser mi primera experiencia en contratar por internet, reconozco el buen nivel de la página para seleccionar la calidad hotelera. Hoy ya estoy viendo para mi futuro viaje.

Hotel barato en un barrio lujoso
Saludos. El hotel esta ubicado en Beverly Hills, una zona bonita y tranquila. La habitación muy pequeña, escasamente estaba la cama y un escritorio. El desayuno que ofrecian gratis solo era hasta las 9 a.m. y eran galleticas con pan y café. La atención fué muy amable por parte de las personas que trabajan allí. No lo recomiendo por que la cama no invitaba a un buen descanso y ha sido la peor cama en la que hemos dormido de todos los hoteles en los que estuvimos. Es un hotel que aunque no es tan barato, parece mas un hostal en un barrio lujoso.

Hotel cómodo y bonito. Algo ruidoso. La atención es buena. La situación es muy buena, si estás interesado en Beverly Hills. Desayuno incluido.

Replace head boards and foot boards. Remotes didn’t work for the Fan. I had to go downstairs to get batteries for the Roku remote. Nice size spiders came out in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash pumps did not work. But I would stay again. Little fixes.

Didn't get the room we paid for. We booked a first floor king size bed room. We got an upstairs, queen size room. My mom had to go up several stairs with her cain, as her walker wasn't even possible and then share a queen size bed that overlooked a loud ally after having surgery. Staff was nice but couldn't accommodate us as the room we booked had someone in it already. Not even the TV worked properly. Staff was kind enough to get it working. Nothing but praise for their friendliness but skip this place if you are over 50. No elevator, loud, only ROKU tv (if it works) no phones, no tub, very small. No even a chair to sit in.

I was looking be for around beverly hills . It was a relatively cheap hotel in the area. So I didn't have high expectations, but it was very nice and clean. If I go to LA again I would like to stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at The Crescent. It was very easy to get in with the keypad. The area was lovely, walkable and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for a quick weekend in LA.

Pros- Location was excellent. So close to walk to Rodeo Drive and surrounding district. Cons- Dont get the room above the restaurant. Extremely noisy, in fact so noisy the room comes with complimentary ear plugs.

Just OK — miss the old Crescent
The Crescent was better kept, and an actual hotel, before it was acquired by Sonder. I miss the staff and attention to cleanliness. The valet guys were honestly the best part of this stay — very welcoming and helpful. Also there was a problem with my thermostat that was never resolved. Great location though if you need to be in BH and stay affordably.

Room was not ready when I arrived 45 minutes after check-in time. Then there was a maintenance issue which caused a room change. Property seems run-down in general.

So long as you don’t need to shower or sleep, the property is great. The street noise and interior noise is sleep prohibitive, but the worst part is that our room was 83 degrees and we couldn’t control it except thru a wall ac that didn’t cool it down. They control temp at front desk! The shower looked too dirty to use. Don’t stay here.
